Live online almost like presence

After many face-to-face training courses at Serview, I was curious to see how the online live training would work and was surprised at how similar it was to the face-to-face training. Harald really conveyed the topics very well.

Well-founded and thinking outside the box

The training was less convincing because of the ITIL content than because of its well-founded presentation and the sensible and comprehensive addition of industry and framework insights to the topics.

Thank you to the entire SERVIEW team.
The preparation was great! As always, the documents were almost perfect. Also the equipment with the technology, as our course was attended by both on-site and online participants.
However, special thanks go to our trainer Radu. He guided us unerringly through 3 intensive days. It was never boring, especially because Radu had an example for every topic from his almost inexhaustible wealth of experience, which he was also able to explain clearly and comprehensibly.
