I attended both the DevOps Fundamentals and the Leadership Training with Mr. Wagner for five days. It was a lot of material, but Mr. Wagner knew how to convey it skillfully and confidently in an interesting and funny way. You could tell that he has a very broad and in-depth knowledge of various disciplines. Thank you very much for the five days, it was very exciting and interesting!

I would like to commend Radu for the wonderful sessions we had for the past 2 days. Even though I am not completely new to DevOps, or the idea of DevOps, I was greatly refreshed with the fundamentals. I like how animated he is with his explanations made me awake throughout the whole training. If I could choose my next trainer, I would definitely pick him again. Thanks again Radu!

Super training with high entertainment value and perfect learning transfer

A qualitatively prepared topic, presented with passion, after which you immediately want to lift the world off its hinges with the new knowledge.

Our coach Radu has conveyed an enormous amount of material understandably in 2 days. He also used many practical examples. This gave me better access and a deeper understanding of the very broad range of DevOps topics. The training materials are good. Effective learning is possible with it. Overall, a good and comprehensive training . However, I would have liked more time for reflection and customer-specific topics.

A slightly different but good way to design a training course

Together with 2 other colleagues, I had the pleasure of attending Björn's "DevOps Foundation" course. After the first attempts within our company to introduce or live DevOps in projects and with the realization that everyone has a slightly different (or no) understanding, there was the desire to get a comprehensive introduction to the topic of DevOps with basic ideas, tools, methodologies, etc. This was largely fulfilled. For the most part, this was fulfilled.
Björn's manner and way of lecturing were really very pleasant. He also incorporated practical experience again and again.
The idea of making the course a bit more "relaxed" or "different" with the help of the workbook was good. This way you don't stare at PowerPoint slides for 8 hours a day and forget to leaf through them. By filling in the empty text passages, one was encouraged to participate. However, I would improve one thing in this respect: the text to be filled in was very often simply on the left or opposite side... In my opinion, it would make sense to remove these texts completely from the workbook or to simply move the texts to one of the following pages.
The topic "Automation and Tools" was, due to my personal interest, a bit too short. However, this did not detract from the overall impression.
All in all, it was a very interesting, instructive and exciting 2 days.
