I thoroughly enjoyed the DSV training course. It was extremely entertaining, informative, and effective. Trainer Radu was always willing to listen to my questions and was able to answer them helpfully every time. I am certain that his energy, charisma, and expertise make him an absolute asset to Serview. He certainly was for me. Thank you very much, Radu! The accommodation and catering were exemplary. It was also nice to meet other members of the Serview team. Everyone placed great emphasis on customer service and was extremely courteous and friendly. My special thanks go to Annabel Jäckel and the entire on-site service team. I would recommend training the OOH hotline staff on the overnight service. This feedback (anonymous) may be used in part for your purposes (e.g., omitting the feedback regarding the hotline).

All in all, a very well thought-out and beautiful thing

Booking: no problems, website is well structured, contact with sales is pleasant (not too much, not too little) Arrival: went smoothly, even late on a Sunday evening. Key handover with security service was unproblematic and secure (ID check) Accommodation: room is quite simple but completely adequate and clean (an additional socket at the desk for laptop use would be practical) Catering: very good range of snacks and drinks. Main meals very good for the setting, tasty and filling Seminar: The study group was great and had a great dynamic. This was also due to Radu's manner. Feedback was always welcome and questions were answered. That makes learning fun! The only real point of criticism is the documentation: The digital slides are colorful, sometimes too colorful for me personally, especially since the meaning of the colors is not always obvious. The printed materials are in grayscale. This often slows you down and confuses you. In addition, the illustrations sometimes appear overloaded and there are differences between digital and analog. This is probably due to the different format, but is less helpful in terms of readability. If improvements could be made here, it would be a dream come true. The texts are easy to read and the wording and formatting are good. Many thanks for the "end-to-end" experience!

Strong training good mix

The training was challenging but very informative. Very good connection of the theory with practical examples and loosening excursions.

Good quick and lively overview for a dry topic - only please not so close to the mic when drinking ;-)

Super training, lots of information and examples for better understanding; content, didactically very well prepared knowledge, super conveyed by the trainer. I would book again at any time.
