The hybrid training with the participants was great. The contents could be conveyed, the exchange worked. Artur has brought it all together very skillfully and had an answer to all questions. One suggestion for improvement (and this goes to the company): Take distance from the capsule coffee and rather put fully automatic machines for the coffee supply. This even works in hotels and saves these vast amounts of wasted aluminum. This should be an easy step for Serview.

I did my first virtual training with Serview. I am very excited about the format. For the future, if the opportunity arises, I will book / attend this format again. I found the training overall very pleasant. Nina led through the content in a structured and goal-oriented manner. The eloquent rhetoric was very memorable. Now and then I find the slides not yet very mature, sometimes even a bit misleading. The syntactic and semantic elaboration in the workbook also has some room for improvement. Good start agile service management

I liked the online classroom training very much. The content was very close to the description and to my imagination. I already had prior knowledge of Scrum but it is a good idea to apply these principles to processes. The content was well conveyed by the trainer and through appropriate examples and questions on the topics I was able to memorize the points well. The workbook principle also fits well with my learning style, because I like to learn with a few notes and bullet points on different topics.

The trainer's training concept and implementation were very good. However, I had also expected that the operation in the ASM would be addressed. I also found the "boarding house" concept very good. I would just like to suggest finding a more sustainable alternative to Nespresso for the coffee. Firstly, it creates a lot of waste, and secondly, there are reservations about Nestle among many people.

I attended the Agile SERVICE Management training in Munich from Nov. 7-8. The training was conducted by Melika S.. About the trainer: Melika was in full control of the training at all times. It was never boring. The contents were illustrated and presented in a complete, understandable and above all practice-relevant manner. Questions were answered completely and competently at all times. Even difficult issues were explained in an understandable way and supported with practical examples. Here, one should definitely not be deceived by the age of the trainer. Even I, as an IT expert, was able to benefit from her extensive wealth of experience. Regarding the content of the training itself, it can only be said that the concept is really just a summary of Scrum and ITIL. These are accompanied by agile content. A practical implementation of the content would be possible, but is not feasible due to the current topic content. In particular, agile methods and best practices in IT operations are missing here. Overall, however, an interesting approach that offers room for improvement. The two days of training are appropriate for the content; however, the price is much too high for the content. However, this is a problem of the creator DevOps Institute and not SERVIEW. It remains the bland aftertaste that here another American training institute wants to make money quickly by copying already existing content. This as quickly as possible for current topics.

2 days Agile Service Manager? What was that supposed to be? Melika understood perfectly how to competently and confidently marry the 2 worlds I already knew with a lot of humor and assertiveness in a constellation of participants that was also exciting for the experienced trainer. Even if the added value of the training in the sense of "something new" was clear, the 2 days were definitely worth it.

Melika managed to create a very good learning atmosphere and appeared very confident. Unfortunately, the framework is still a bit thin to sell it as Agile Service Mangement. The enlightening moments were missing. Anyway With prior knowledge as a scrum master or product owner. In contrast, many participants seem slain by the parallelism of the framework. Scrum garnished with Agile SM. A lot of time is wasted on the basic explanation of the Scrum methodology. It would be more targeted and sustainable to define a solid scrum master training as an entry requirement for the ASM. This way, the course participants have the agile tools "in their backs" and can focus on the adaptation to process design etc. in a "delta training". Focus in the ASM. As a result, more well-founded examples/cases could also be worked on in the course. Currently, the ASM is not a substitute for the Scrum Master and is too briefly spoken for the goal of Agile Service Management. The points criticized here refer entirely to the framework. The success of the course is due to Melika.

Thematically, the expectations were met, I would recommend the course and the company. The course took place in Munich, which was probably the reason that the usual care did not correspond to the company standard in the headquarters. (Mainly I missed the colored pencils. I know, complaining on a high level, but when filling out the workbook really advantageous). I'm also a little confused on the assessment, I would have expected a link for the appropriate course, and division into topic blocks. I wouldn't bother differentiating now.

Thanks to the workbook principle and the prepared flipcharts - I think all participants - were always well involved and the learning effect was very high. Fortunately, no slide battle! The trainer was very well prepared and provided a pleasant atmosphere in which it was possible to concentrate for a longer time. She didn't just "reel off" her program, but responded very well to the group and conveyed the material in a very targeted manner - with practical examples as well. It was really fun. "By the way" all have also passed the exam at the end!

New training - New insights

The training is new in Serview's portfolio and you can see that at one point or another. It is definitely easier with previous knowledge of ITIL and SCRUM. Too little time for discussion and development of the topic - often the topic is "presented" and you transfer the keywords from the flip chart into your workbook. However, the topic is already very well described there. Nevertheless, an interesting approach to carry the "agile" thinking further into the organization and further into IT. For anyone who is willing to open up to the agile approach and actively shape improvements in our fast-moving times, this is a good starting point to do so and to get to grips with the subject matter.

The training for Agile Service Manager conveyed the knowledge of SCRUM and DevOPS very well. The workbook supported the whole thing well. As in previous training courses, Serview fully met my expectations. However, the 2nd day was very packed. Here we should think about a slight shift of the content.

I could list a hundred attributes such as competent, friendly, customer-oriented.... I could list a hundred attributes. The training has brought great added value for me. The success (all participants passed the exam) speaks for itself. I also particularly appreciated the organizational form (pre-printed flipchart instead of PowerPoint). Gladly again!

Very interesting and practical training

The "Certified Agile Service Manager" training course was a premiere: SERVIEW offered this course for the first time and since the word "agile" has mutated into a non-word in the meantime, I wanted to learn myself and understand what exactly is behind it. This was probably also the opinion of many other participants - the course was very well attended. The managing director did not miss the opportunity to conduct the training himself. First of all, numerous terms were explained and it was clarified what agile is - and what it is not. This was important for the classification and in the course of the course many methods were explained, which certainly everyone has heard before, but perhaps has not yet understood 100%. Interesting in such seminars is of course also the exchange of practice among the participants as well as the discussions in the plenum. Here it became apparent that it was sometimes difficult to work through the course material for the certification in time. In the end, however, everyone passed :-) My conclusion: Highly recommended course for all those who want to learn more about "Agility in Service Management" and want to use the methods in their company. Also the fun within the group was - as always - not neglected. The only recommendation for future events: Limit the number of participants to 10-12 or increase the duration of the course.
