I received a really good and comprehensive overview of portfolio management and was able to take away many ideas for our company. However, the classic MoP is less about agile working methods. Michael nevertheless answered questions about this. The seminar also worked well for me virtually. Thank you very much. It was a lot of fun.

One must differentiate in my assessment Performance of Serview and Michael H: Michael H. prepared us very well for the MoP© exam and was able to answer individual questions of the participants at any time, also with examples close to reality. Only this performance I evaluate here with the 5 stars. Criticism general training structure: It is a pity that there is little or no time to work out and reflect on individual topics, e.g. in group work, or to deepen the material. Unfortunately, the material relevant to the exam is too tight to take time for this in the 2.5 days. There is a danger that the material is only stored in the short-term memory in order to pass the exam and no value is placed on sustainability and application of what has been learned. In my view, this is a general system problem. Conclusion: I don't just want to have a certificate in my pocket, I want to take something with me in the long term. Axelos should urgently improve this.

Very nice training facility including a garden with everything you need for a multi-day training course. There are always fresh snacks and a wide variety of drinks in all rooms, and you can also hire bikes to cycle into the city. Good accessibility by public transport. The TOGAF content was explained to me very well, making the exam very tangible and easy to pass. The trainer was super friendly and infected me with his positive energy. A clear recommendation.

I took part in the ITIL 4 Foundation (IT Service Mgmt) training course at Serview with trainer Andrea Kremer and was extremely satisfied! Our trainer was not only technically excellent, but also very personable, easy to understand and very committed. She managed to convey the content simply, clearly and interactively - without dry theory, but with lots of practical examples and a genuine interest in learning success. I have rarely experienced such a pleasant and effective training course. A clear recommendation!

Simply wow! The training at SERVIEW was one of the best I have ever experienced. I was really pleasantly surprised - the ITIL training was anything but dry. The trainer conveyed the content very clearly and with a lot of practical relevance. The breaks and catering were also very well organized - I will gladly attend the next training course with Serview again.

The group was a good size. Lecturer (T.Besser) responded well to every question and was application-oriented. Hope to have further training with him at some point. Unfortunately, it's a little hard to see or find out where certified test sites are and therefore more reliant on HO exams.
