Harald understood very well how to integrate the training content using practical participant examples and responded to individual questions. Among other things, he pointed out connections and interdependencies with Prince2 or worked these out with the participants. The training was an absolute added value and can only be recommended with Harald! Many THANKS for the training, which was conducted with professionalism and humor. We would be happy to do it again!

I was really pleasantly surprised - the ITIL training was anything but dry. The trainer conveyed the content very clearly and with a lot of practical relevance. The breaks and catering were also very well organized - I will gladly attend the next training course with Serview again.

The group was a good size. Lecturer (T.Besser) responded well to every question and was application-oriented. Hope to have further training with him at some point. Unfortunately, it's a little hard to see or find out where certified test sites are and therefore more reliant on HO exams.

I was very surprised at how good the training was - as was the whole setting. The staff were very friendly and the catering was far above the standard you would normally expect from training courses. Top! Always happy to return.

I took part in the ITIL V4 Foundation Training. I can only recommend the training at Serview. - Bernd Galke was a great trainer - The documents and structure of the training were well prepared - The communication beforehand was streamlined and problem-free - The training was carried out even though I was the only registered participant. I don't take that for granted, but it was great for me. I'd be happy to do it again!

I had the pleasure of attending Andrea Kremer's OKR Certified Professional course at ServiewSummit 2025. Overall, I am very satisfied. Andrea was able to explain the topic in a simple and understandable way. She found the right mix of frontal teaching, exercises and dialog during the course. The course helped me to understand the OKR methodology and to use it in a targeted way in the future. Thank you for that.
