The training and trainer were great, thank you very much!
I am happy to award the 5 stars for this.
There are two small things I would like to see in the future:
- Please make the workbook available digitally as a PDF in future, paper is no longer up to date
- due to existing technical problems with Webex over all training days, the joint learning was really unfortunate for all participants (presence and on site)
Top content and trainers
Preparation for certified Scrum Masters with little experience not given. It would be helpful to ask the participants in advance about their level of experience and to send out the documents in advance so that they can prepare themselves in terms of content
Improve the technical conditions in the room for hybrid seminars! Sound, WLAN stability, swiveling camera.
Provide workbook optionally or generally as PDF and/or hard copy.
The Agile Coaching training was excellent. A clear structure, practical content and a committed, empathetic and competent trainer convinced me that I had chosen the right training. I felt very comfortable during the training. Interactive discussions and diverse application examples deepened and underpinned the knowledge imparted. Many thanks and a clear recommendation!

I quickly found my way around - but I would be happy if you could go through the questions several times.
All methods, roles and events were explained very well in the training. The practical examples helped to present everything even better. Internal discussions were allowed, which I thought was good. There were enough tasks to apply what we had learned.
Trainer could answer all questions well.
Can recommend to anyone starting out with Scrum.

For the fact that I came to this course with no prior knowledge of SCRUM (i.e. apart from my knowledge of software management etc. during my business informatics studies), I am going back to my day-to-day work full of enthusiasm and new ideas

The course was fully packed with information that could have resulted in information overload, but Thomas provided a relaxed environment going slow enough for the most amount of information to be absorbed.
As a trainer he was really good at reading the room and pacing the class to reach all the learning objectives in time and allowing enough time for questions.

Many thanks for this outstanding training, it was effective, efficient and a lot of fun. A highly competent trainer, both personally and professionally, who led the group very well. Perfectly prepared documents, an eye-opening practical exercise, repeated exam questions. Highly recommended!

He worked wonderfully with me on all topics and answered all questions that were not directly in the documents and enriched them with additional information.
It was great that we worked very specifically on my environment so that direct application was possible during the course.
I would very much like to do a course with him again!

Johannes guided us through Module 1 with his wide-ranging knowledge and it was great! What a great trainer and interesting person.
The training was very useful, I feel well prepared for the exam and everyday life. Alex has a lot of knowledge and knows what he's talking about, which I think is really important.
Unfortunately, we were prepared for the wrong exam during the training (People cert vs. Scrum.org, the exams are similar but not identical) and I didn't realize that the exam is in English and the course is in German. I think the course description and internal communication between the trainer and the organization should be better. I also think it's a shame that the live presentation materials can't be shared. You have the workbook, but if you haven't written down any information, you can't access the "live" materials that were developed with the trainer. But that's not Alex's fault, it seems to be a general philosophy. However, Alex has offered that we can contact him at any time by e-mail or WhatsApp, which is very nice and not a matter of course.
Thank you very much for your help. I learned a lot from this training. It was very informative and I hope to implement it in my organization.

The course is absolutely well thought-out and always picks you up again with appropriate examples and clear explanations. The learning checks at the end of each lesson let you reflect on what you have learned. The voice of the course is also very pleasant to listen to. I am very satisfied. Price-performance exceeded.
An interesting and entertaining two-day training with a very pleasant trainer, who responded very well to the questions of the participants. I feel very well prepared for the exam!
The course was great to refresh the content of Prince2. In conjunction with the workbook, the ideal preparation for the exam. Only the questions in the learning role could be more difficult or more aligned with the exam.
Very good overview, illustration with a practical example is missing

In my opinion, Serview's online training provides a very good overview of the broad field of IT service management and helps to understand the relevant topics and terms in context. Since I deal with almost all of these topics in my daily work, I was able to establish the necessary practical reference quite well for the most part. However, I would have found an additional illustration of the theory using a consistent example helpful, even if this would have made the training even more extensive.
As usual, the live training was professional, well organized and extremely informative. The Foundation exam was easily mastered with the knowledge imparted.
I can only recommend it. Special thanks to the trainer :)

I liked learning with the e-learning system. It works flawlessly and is well and clearly designed. Especially the memorable graphics are a great help for me.
The pace of teaching the subject matter/topic block was appropriate. Participants' questions were answered to their full satisfaction. The involvement of the virtual training participants was strikingly positive. I found this training, as well as the previous trainings in your house, very constructive, instructive and profitable for me, which is only made possible by such good trainers. Thank you and looking forward to October when we will be moving towards the ITIL v4 transition.
