Very practical, perfectly timed breaks, and very practical
Over the two days, we were taught everything important at a good pace. The trainer gave lots of examples and explained the connections between different topics.
The documents should also all be in color, as the PDF often froze on my computer.

A lot of material that would be better taught in 3 days, therefore 1 star deduction.
The trainer did a great job of getting this across, used great practical examples to illustrate the point and always actively involved the participants. 5 stars for the communication and support! Keep up the good work, Nancy!
The course was fun and Nancy got everything across very well. I would like to do more courses with her.

I am thrilled. Ms. Schwenk prepared two great days. I learned a lot and the 16 hours of training went by (too) quickly. I would love to come to the Practitioner Training with Ms. Schwenk next year! The training was great and the trainer was very pleasant to talk to. I also thought it was great that we repeatedly projected the methodology onto the everyday business lives of different participants. My only suggestion for improvement would be that we very often got bogged down in irrelevant discussions (especially SCRUM questions where they didn't fit at all, as some participants had probably only heard the buzzword once but had no idea how to use it). I would have liked us to "waste" less time here.

Michael Baumann is an experienced trainer who was able to convey the content in a very lively way despite the face-to-face format and actively involved both the participants in the classroom and those connected online in the hybrid event. However, the hybrid format carries the risk that the course may not be able to fully accommodate both groups of learners in the event of technical difficulties. Catering, venue, trainers get 5 stars, course material from Peoplecert 4 and technology 2. We'll be back again & see you next time!

I really enjoyed the training and the trainer was also very personable and professional. She was able to explain every question sufficiently.
However, I found the study guide to be very unstructured. In my opinion, the topics are presented in a strange order and always jump back and forth. For example, the project context is explained on page 14 and then all five integrated elements on page 18. That doesn't make sense to me. I would introduce page 18 first and then explain all aspects afterwards.
I would also find it helpful if the header always showed the relevant chapter so that you can always see immediately where you are.

In general, the Prince 2 training was very well received by our group. Questions were answered in detail and the feedback was very positive. In addition, the trainer concentrated on the essential points so as not to artificially prolong the training. Sufficient breaks ensured that the participants remained focused throughout the day.
However, there are a few things that I as the organizer have to criticize:
I found it rather a hindrance that the trainer translated some words into German, even though training was booked in English. While this helped the German participants, it interrupted the flow of the training for the English-speaking participants.
For future training courses with Serview, I would like to see better coordination regarding the trainer's arrival time. The planned arrival time of one hour before the start of the training was not adhered to, which is why I think it would have been important to clarify this again with the trainer in advance.
In summary, however, it can be said that our participants are well prepared for the Prince2 exam.

I found the training very informative and was able to learn a lot for the P2F certification I am aiming for.
Even if the technology was a bit confusing at the beginning, everything possible was tried to remedy the situation and then everything was great for 2 days!
Big praise to the trainer, who kept calm despite all the initial difficulties and successfully completed the course at a brisk pace. Questions were always answered competently and in detail!
I particularly liked the way the course was presented with the DigiBoard and the various colors and screenshots to go back to previous scenarios to better understand the context!

Katja Bilsing conveyed the content very well and clearly (was PRINCE2 6 - could not be chosen in the selection)
The trainer is virtually at home with the topic and can provide valuable context on the audio track from his wealth of experience. The didactics are also important, e.g. the trainer waits briefly until all participants have finished writing their notes and only then continues speaking, so you stay focused and don't have to write and listen at the same time. The seminar location was well chosen and the organization worked very well.
