Excellent training with a great trainer

I really enjoyed the PRINCE2 Foundation & Practitioner seminar at Serview. The trainer had excellent specialist knowledge, responded to each participant individually, and created a pleasant, motivating atmosphere. I feel well prepared for the exams and would definitely recommend the course.

Structured preparation for PRINCE2

The PRINCE2 compact training course provided a clear and structured overview of the method. The content was conveyed in an understandable way, and the mix of theory and practical examples was well balanced overall. Hybrid delivery is always somewhat difficult, but in this case it was handled quite well. For the Practitioner exam, more specific preparation for typical question formats and exam requirements would have been helpful. Overall, a solid training course that provides a good foundation for applying PRINCE2.

The Prince2 7 compact course was very well taught by Michael Baumann, who provided an excellent mix of structure, practical relevance, and sound methodology. The clear structure makes the material easy to follow, and each part builds logically on the previous one. The practical examples are particularly convincing, making complex principles tangible and facilitating their transfer to real projects.
The course content is concise and focused on the essentials without neglecting important details.
The only minor criticism concerns the time planning for the practical case studies in the Practitioner course, as each exercise took longer than planned.
In summary, it was a very effective compact course that offers structure, practical relevance, and a clear mental model. Ideal for working confidently and competently with Prince2 while anchoring what you have learned in the long term.

The training with Katharina was very enjoyable. She explained the training content very well and in an understandable way. Katharina responded to individual requests. I thought it was very special that we went through with the second training session even though I was the only participant. Here, too, Katharina went through all the content with me and we were able to look individually at where there was still a need. It was also very pleasant to talk to Katharina about experiences.
I can only thank her again for the good training.
A lot of content and theory, but very well explained and conveyed.
With the Practitioner directly afterwards you have even more examples and a scenario to better visualize the theory.
Good information material and exercises.
Very helpful and friendly trainer, you could ask anything.

Many thanks to Katharina Schwenk for the intensive, four-day compact training course!
With palpable enthusiasm for project management, she conveyed all the topics in a practical and competent manner and answered every question in an understandable way. I now feel well prepared for both exams (Foundation and Practitioner). I would recommend her training to others.

I was really lucky to have Ms. Schwenk as a trainer for my PRINCE2 Foundation training. Her way of organizing the training was absolutely professional, exciting and very understandable. She responded to every question, explained complex content clearly and conducted the training with great commitment and enjoyment.
I rate the training with 20 out of 10 points - 10 of them for Ms. Schwenk alone!

Training is okay, so the content is terrible, but the trainer is very good and has tried to make the dry questions as tangible as possible. But the questions are still stupid.

Andreas did a great job organizing the seminar: a good speaker who knows how to teach people complicated things.
The only unfortunate thing is that the documents and materials handed out contain a lot of errors (mainly errors in almost all flowcharts, in the wording of the exam questions and also some wrong answers, where several answers can be correct and the "more correct" answer has to be chosen. Which is unfortunately pretty nasty in a single-choice exam.
Conclusion: Top trainer, expandable documents

We were lucky enough to have Mr. Lehmann as a trainer for our course and were able to benefit from his outstanding expertise. His clear rhetoric and absolute confidence in dealing with the material contributed significantly to the learning success.
Unfortunately, however, I have to say that the quality of the training materials (learning kit) in no way matched the high standard of the trainer. For the price charged, the materials are disappointing. The document was only provided in printed form and in black and white, which is extremely unfavorable considering the color charts and tables included. In addition, some of the flow charts were grossly incorrect. I won't even begin to mention the minor errors that crept into the documents, as this would go beyond the scope of this report.
Overall, it would be desirable for the quality of the training documents to be adapted to the high level of competence of the trainers in future.

Likeable, good trainer
Inadequate training materials: In view of the price charged, it can be assumed that the documents will be provided in color! (Especially since color legends are used on the slides during training) The black and white printout of the documents (which is also of unsatisfactory quality) is extremely disappointing.

It has been nice experience and explanation of the content. A trainer tried to engage us in the training activities and gives the overview of the exam and expectations
Thomas did a great job of conveying the content and the training gave me a lot of structure for my projects.
The content is generally a bit superficial, but that's because the training only lasted two days.
I can only recommend the training to anyone.

Sebastian was absolutely confident and competent at all times and with every question that came up outside the textbook. He conducted the training with a lot of patience and commitment.
I particularly liked the fact that he had a good mix of social skills and knowledge and he made me feel very comfortable during the training

Course was very interesting, lots of material, but good preparation for the exams. The lecturer was great. Too bad the course was only online. I took a lot away with me.
Well-structured and exciting training that more than met my expectations. In addition to the Prince2 training, Johannes created additional added value through small excursions into other subject areas.
