Very good classroom training on PRINCE2 Agile (Foundation and Practitioner) with Erik Kurths. Demanding knowledge transfer within a few days, in which Erik gave us (participants) a very good insight into the world of PRINCE2 Agile. The participants' questions and queries were dealt with adequately. Practical examples and sample exam questions were of course also part of the course. Thank you Erik. Keep up the good work! :)

Last week, my training on PRINCE 2 Agile Compact took place as a face-to-face event. I am very enthusiastic about the nature of the training. There is a method for every type of learner to internalize the content of the training. Our trainer Thomas conveyed the content very clearly, so that the week flew by. It was totally worth doing the training. Mr. Imm based the topics on the previous training and conveyed them very well. The practical relevance that was built up to the theoretical content was also tangible and made everything even more understandable. Mr. Imm always responded to the needs of the participants and acted in a solution-oriented manner. Conclusion: Training was worthwhile, super trainer, definite recommendation. Thank you. Feedback to the organization: As a participant, I was not aware that this was a hybrid event. I expected to meet more participants (I was the only one on site) to exchange information about the training and to expand my network. This is only possible to a limited extent in a hybrid event (or online). Therefore, I was partially disappointed. I also don't think it's right that the training materials are not made available digitally for participants - I'd like them in paper form for the event on site, but I'd also like them digitally for learning later.

Foundation top, Practitioner expandable

Hello all, First of all, thank you very much for the training last week in Hamburg. My overall impression was very positive, especially regarding the trainer (Cerrin) and the location. I have the following comments and suggestions for improvement regarding the content of the two trainings, Foundation and Practitioner: Foundation was really top, 3 days long extensively dealt with the topics and focused on the content of PRINCE2 Agile. The exam preparation using the sample exam was also very helpful. In the Pracitioner training, I found it a bit unfortunate that a lot of time was "wasted" by the very superficial and simple exercises. I found the beginning with the Scrum exercise very pleasant, but spending 60 minutes each for writing 1-2 user stories and prioritizing them was actually less helpful. From my point of view, this would only have made sense if the course participants had all been absolute newbies and had never heard of it. On the other hand, there was the very difficult Practitioner exam, for which these exercises did not add any value. I would have liked to see more focus on the sample exam and, if necessary, a second exam for practice. Furthermore, I found it very irritating that English books were distributed, although the course and the exam were offered in German and there are even German translations (a participant had received this in advance in German). With the price, which the course costs, I would wish myself already that then also appropriate materials are made available. So the impression arose somewhat, as if one still wants to "get rid" of the old books in English. I have now passed the exam, but would otherwise have been very bothered about this point. It is not that I could not English, however, one is 5 days in the context with German terms on the road and then needs a lot of time in the exam, which you do not have to find the right places. As already written above, overall I was very satisfied with the training, especially with the Foundation part. I would recommend it in any case, but only for the Foundation training (and not for the Practitioner part due to the above-mentioned points on day 4). Thanks again to Cerrin, who really did an excellent job. I've been to trainings where trainers had to look up just about every question from the course or provide the answer the next day - this was not the case at all with Cerrin. She dealt with every question in detail, always had competent answers ready and made for a very good atmosphere - thank you very much! :)

Massive knowledge buildup compactly conveyed

The course took place in Düsseldorf in mid-October 2019. # the venue at SkyTower Düsseldorf was perfectly organized; good location, best service, pleasant and well thought-out premises. # the trainer Michael Baumann corresponds to a perfect knowledge broker in a very pleasant, unobtrusive and friendly way # The scope of knowledge was extremely complex; by combining PRINCE2 and Agile in parallel as Foundation and Partitioner, without previous initial examination of the topic, was not the best choice made by myself afterwards. Nevertheless, Michael Baumann has brought the topics very well to the participants, often based on their own experiences, which provided a very good transfer of the theoretical scope into practice. My recommendation to potential participants would be to first complete the PRINCE2 approach as a Foundation and Partitioner and then - with a little distance - to add the agile approach. Or, alternatively, to deal intensively with the subject matter in advance in self-study. I can recommend both Serview and Michael Baumann without reservation. Thank you very much. Good and very quick insight into PRINCE2

The content of the training was very well compensated and structured. The learning environment on site was also very pleasant and the trainer was always open to questions and more in-depth explanations. In his nice and competent way, Michael brought the material very well and understandably across. It was difficult to have really internalized the content in the short time for the two exams, which was especially difficult in the second exam, the Practitioner. For someone who comes from a different field and is really new to the subject, there was too little time to practice and learn. In this short time frame, it was especially difficult to internalize the distinctions between PRINCE2, Agile and PRINCE2 Agile.

Trainer: nice, competent trainer who responded to the participants within the bounds of what was possible (better in Agile than in Foundation, because the group size was better) and treated everyone as equals. It is also thanks to you that there was a constructive atmosphere and everyone contributed with questions. Thank you also for sharing the results early! Room: The room provided (at the Mariott) was too small for the size of the Foundation group and incorrectly furnished (tables too small, much too cramped). Workbook vs. training book: In the Agile course, the interaction with the documents Workbook vs. official training book was unfortunate. The background is that only the training book is approved for the exam, but what is learned is documented in the workbook. I had to spend some time (in the evenings, but also partly during the training - which was a bit stressful) to keep both workbook and training book content in sync and to always find and mark the right places in the book. Especially for the Prince 2 "topics", which are each a separate chapter in the book, the blank page (at the beginning of the chapter) could be used more instead of the corresponding page in the workbook for the written jointly developed summary.

Mr. Ludwig made the seminar very lively and interesting with his very broad and in-depth expertise and his practical experience. Particularly during the second part of the training on the topic of "agile", there were also intensive discussions from which I was able to draw a lot. I would also like to praise the ladies who organized the seminar. I felt well looked after all around and was able to concentrate fully on the course content. A further improvement is only possible in details. For example, it was not possible to get into the open network with my laptop. Another point are the software problems of Peoplecert - so far I don't have a detailed result for the 2nd exam, although the 48h deadline has already expired. As for the premises, a small, well-equipped fitness room would certainly round off the offer of your house. In sum, one can in any case speak of a recommendable performance of your institute! Hello Mr. Imm, The seminar was very valuable for me methodically and gave good impulses for the further development of project management. What we didn't see coming were the English documents and the "slanted" exam on Agile. Because of the examination's involvement, the flow suffered a bit on day 2 and 3. Perhaps the sample exam on the chapters can be discussed compactly.

The PRINCE 2 Agile Practitioner exam is NOT a no-brainer. However, the training and preparation by Serview's top trainer on this topic and the intensive preparation time were used optimally. Preparation relevant to the exam, room for questions, clear examples and a great atmosphere contributed to the success. I would recommend this training with certification at Serview immediately and without reservation.

I was very unsure whether I should book the training, because it is currently a pilot (no Prcatitioner requirement). But my worries were completely unnecessary, I was able to understand and pass the PRINCE2 Agile and the exam well. I'm sure it was also due to the trainer and the location.
