Excellent ITIL® Version 5 Foundation training at SERVIEW! The training was clearly structured, practical, and very well organized. I’d especially like to highlight Kim Messingen—she presented the material in a way that was easy to understand, motivating, and full of real-world examples. It was clear that she truly mastered the subject matter and enjoyed sharing her knowledge. The workbook and materials were well-organized and provided excellent support for learning. The atmosphere was pleasant, and we could ask questions at any time. All in all, this is a highly recommended training course. Anyone looking to take the ITIL Version 5 Foundation course is in excellent hands at SERVIEW—and especially with Kim Messingen.
