Requirements
You do not need any previous knowledge to participate in the training. However, basic knowledge in the areas of service management and ITIL® is recommended.
This training is not a substitute for service management training according to ITIL, but focuses on the application of agile principles and methods for process design and process improvement.
If you are already Scrum-certified, the training will provide you with new impulses for service management, but will not offer any methodological in-depth training.
