First you experience all the contents of the DPI topic module for up to 180 days in dynamic self-study. This provides you with a comprehensive introduction to all ITIL topics relating to "Direct, Plan & Improve" using animated explanations and practical examples. You will also receive flexible access to our digital learning platform on the device of your choice via an internet connection.
Afterwards, you will take part in the live training on the "Digital & IT Strategy" module. Here you will gain new knowledge in direct exchange with the trainer and other participants.
