can only be recommended. A good overview of all relevant topics and a good basis for the exam. For online participants, the layout of the exercise questions in the workbook could be adapted a little, to have to scroll less, but otherwise everything is great.

The training was great, Arne gave us good examples, explained things well and always responded to our questions. Unfortunately, our script was not 100% consistent with the course, so we didn't have about 5 pages in our handout and the order was changed, hence the star deduction, it was a bit more "searching" and "not missing anything" at the same time, especially on the 2nd day. However, I would like to emphasize once again that Arne as a coach and the format deserve a full 5 stars!

Scrum Master classroom training: Very well prepared training, very good handouts, but still not a boring unwinding of content. I liked how the trainer Arne was able to maintain the tension at all times (accompanied by little stories and anecdotes), but still proceeded purposefully. I was very positively surprised. The entire training, including the teaching material, organization and, of course, the trainer Arne Wollenhaupt, was a prime example of competent, effective training. Arne Wollenhaupt is very familiar with the subject matter, can answer every question satisfactorily and is happy to do so several times if it was not understood the first time. In general, theories & constructs were always used with handy examples from everyday life, but also e.g. from film & TV, so that you always had an exact picture in front of your eyes and the whole thing was also given a certain charm. The teaching material was adapted to the flipcharts used by the trainer and could therefore be integrated efficiently. I would particularly like to emphasize Arne Wollenhaupt's fine sense of when to be the sole entertaining lecturer and when to be the questioning teacher. The amount of content that was presented and explained in a monologue and, in relation to that, the amount of questions that were asked in the round, I found to be just right. Arne Wollennhaupt's technical expertise, but also his personal, likeable manner, made the 3-day training an entertaining experience for me - despite the amount of input. Thanks to this and the teaching material organized by Serview, I felt optimally prepared for the certification exams after the last day. Thank you and gladly again!

The training was very compact (2 days), yet the trainer was able to convey the most important aspects from the Scrum Guide very well with many practical examples. All questions of the participants were answered competently. Definitely recommendable:-)
