My husband attended an ITIL seminar here and was very satisfied overall. The trainer was capable. The accommodation on site was appealing and the tasting by Serview was very good. Everyone was very friendly and the facility itself, would be wonderful for team training as well. The common areas are very stylishly decorated and invite you to linger.

This evaluation refers to the IREB® Foundation (CPRE) training as an online format. The technology used (WebEx) worked well. The trainer was competent and also addressed questions from the participants. The pace was also good and there were enough breaks. The training materials were also well prepared. Thus a recommendable training if you want to get an insight into the basics of requirements engineering.

Thank you very much Moritz for the great course. The content and didactics were top. Even if the subject matter (Prince2 Foundation) is a bit dry, it was a lot of fun how you brought it across. The two days were very varied and are a very good preparation for the exam - but I still have to do it. I was a bit skeptical at first, but it worked great virtually as well. The workbook principle also convinced me.

I attended a training on "IREB - Requirements Engineering" in August 2023, which was conducted by Serview. The training was very well structured, the learning content very well prepared and clearly conveyed. It was a great training environment and the trainer adjusted to the knowledge level of the participants. This meant that there were no lengthy explanations of simple topics, but any ambiguities were cleared up as soon as a participant had questions. Very satisfied and Serview GmbH as a training provider is highly recommended.
