My husband attended an ITIL seminar here and was very satisfied overall. The trainer was capable. The accommodation on site was appealing and the tasting by Serview was very good. Everyone was very friendly and the facility itself, would be wonderful for team training as well. The common areas are very stylishly decorated and invite you to linger.

Very nice training facility including a garden with everything you need for a multi-day training course. There are always fresh snacks and a wide variety of drinks in all rooms, and you can also hire bikes to cycle into the city. Good accessibility by public transport. The TOGAF content was explained to me very well, making the exam very tangible and easy to pass. The trainer was super friendly and infected me with his positive energy. A clear recommendation.

I took part in the ITIL 4 Foundation (IT Service Mgmt) training course at Serview with trainer Andrea Kremer and was extremely satisfied! Our trainer was not only technically excellent, but also very personable, easy to understand and very committed. She managed to convey the content simply, clearly and interactively - without dry theory, but with lots of practical examples and a genuine interest in learning success. I have rarely experienced such a pleasant and effective training course. A clear recommendation!

I recently completed the ITIL 4 Foundation training with Serview online and am very pleased with the whole experience. The technology worked brilliantly - I had no problems logging in or during the sessions. The training content was well structured and easy to understand, which was largely down to the trainer. She not only conveyed the theoretical knowledge clearly, but also regularly included practical examples that made learning very clear and comprehensible. I can recommend the course to anyone who is interested in ITIL and is looking for a practical introduction.
