At the beginning of December, I completed the PRINCE2 compact training course (Foundation and Practitioner) in Bad Homburg and would like to give it my absolute recommendation! It was organized in a highly professional manner, from the documentation to the catering. I would like to express my sincere thanks and praise to my trainer, Nancy Thorsch—clearly the best trainer/course instructor I have ever had. Nancy conveyed the vast amount of content in an understandable way, and I had a lot of fun :-)!

Although ITIL has become an integral part of today's business world, it is still a very dry and abstract topic overall. Our Serview trainer Kim managed to present the topic in a clear and entertaining way and to engage everyone in a group with diverse backgrounds and levels of knowledge. Overall, I don't think this training could have been done any better. Thank you very much! :)

I completed the ITIL 4 Foundation as an in-house training course with Kim. The entire group found her approach very pleasant, and she definitely has a talent for conveying the sometimes dry content in a humorous and practical way. I took the same course remotely with another provider years ago, and there was no comparison. All in all, top notch!

My husband attended an ITIL seminar here and was very satisfied overall. The trainer was capable. The accommodation on site was appealing and the tasting by Serview was very good. Everyone was very friendly and the facility itself, would be wonderful for team training as well. The common areas are very stylishly decorated and invite you to linger.

Very structured training! Good mix of content, breaks, and interaction. Content was repeated regularly so that it sticks in your memory. No question was left unanswered. Highly recommended!
