ITIL Version 5 – AI Governance Launch Event
One day. Two events. Three ways to get involved
Our launch event consists of two parts, which can be attended together or separately.
Part 1 – starting at 1:30 p.m.: Cress Conference
We’ll start at 1:30 p.m. with a group lunch. The first part of the event will then focus on our Kresse Conference—featuring current topics, information, and discussion. This will be followed by a break of about 30 minutes.
Part 2 – starting at 4:30 p.m.: ITIL Version 5 AI Governance Launch
Starting at 4:30 p.m., we'll head over to the SERVIEW Pub to kick off the second part of the day. The focus will now be on the new ITIL Version 5 AI Governance module.
PeopleCert will provide us with first-hand insights into the new product and explain what AI governance in ITIL entails and why this topic will be important for companies and service management in the future. Afterward, we’ll move on to the more relaxed part of the evening: dinner, drinks, conversation, and networking at the SERVIEW Pub.
