ITIL Version 5 – AI Governance Launch Event
One day. Two events. Three ways to get involved
Our launch event consists of two parts, which can be attended together or separately.
Part 1 – starting at 1:30 p.m.: Cress Conference
We’ll start at 1:30 p.m. with a group lunch. The first part of the event will then focus on our Kresse Conference—featuring current topics, information, and discussion. This will be followed by a break of about 30 minutes.
Part 2 – starting at 4:30 p.m.: ITIL Version 5 AI Governance Launch
Starting at 4:30 p.m., we'll head over to the SERVIEW Pub to kick off the second part of the day. The focus will now be on the new ITIL Version 5 AI Governance module.
PeopleCert will provide us with first-hand insights into the new product and explain what AI governance in ITIL entails and why this topic will be important for companies and service management in the future. Afterward, we’ll move on to the more relaxed part of the evening: dinner, drinks, conversation, and networking at the SERVIEW Pub.

SERVIEW ONE Special – Race against ALS" in Bad Homburg
A Dream, 30,000 Kilometers, and a Mission to Fight ALS—On December 8, 2026, SERVIEW One will become the stage for an extraordinary story: Rainer and Jan wanted to fulfill a lifelong dream and conquer the entire Pan-American Highway—from Ushuaia in southern Argentina to Prudhoe Bay in Alaska. More than 30,000 kilometers through 14 countries and nine climate zones, in just 100 days.
But the two didn’t just want to experience the world’s longest road. They wanted to use their journey to raise awareness about ALS and collect donations for research. We at SERVIEW supported this special project as a sponsor—and are delighted to now welcome Rainer and Jan to SERVIEW One. In a personal interview, they talk about their dream, the challenges they faced, and the moving moments they experienced along the way. With stunning photos and videos, they take us on a journey that combines adventure with an important cause.
The event kicks off at 4:30 p.m. with check-in and networking. SERVIEW One members typically gather once a month for a face-to-face community meeting at SERVIEW. These meetings are held on Tuesdays during the second week of the month from 4:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. In addition, we offer the “ Virtual Classroom ” member meeting on Tuesdays during the third week of the month from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., providing another opportunity for discussion, knowledge sharing, and networking.
