At the end of 2022, it looked very close for all those who had not yet completed their ITIL 4 transition. It had long been announced that all training and exams would disappear from the market as of January. But because many of our customers asked for an extension, we entered into negotiations with rights holder PeopleCert - and were able to use all our power to obtain an extension.
This means: You can still make your transition to ITIL 4 by means of the ITIL 4 Transition until 31.03.2023. It's best to get started quickly, because places are limited!
