By the end of 2022, things were looking very tight for anyone who hadn’t yet completed their ITIL 4 transition. It had long been announced that all training courses and exams would be discontinued starting in January. However, because many of our customers requested an extension, we entered into negotiations with the rights holder, PeopleCert—and were able to secure an extension through our best efforts.
That means you still have until March 31, 2023, to complete your transition to ITIL 4 using the ITIL 4 Transition program. It’s best to get started right away, because spots are limited!
