APPLICANT FAQS

Do you have questions about the application process at SERVIEW? We have compiled some helpful information for you.

Please send your application by mail to recruiting@serview.de. Your application should include a cover letter, your CV and relevant proof of achievements (diploma, job reference, certificates, etc.). Above all, we would like to get to know your personality. Tell us why you are applying to SERVIEW, what you are passionate about, and what skills and experience you bring to the table. It is also helpful if you expand on your professional stations in your resume with your specific tasks and areas of responsibility.

Please send your application documents in PDF format. The application documents should not be larger than 15 MB. If your files are larger, you will have to split them into several mails.

Once we have received your application documents, you will usually receive a confirmation of receipt from us within 48 hours. Since we know how much effort you have put into preparing your application documents, we would also like to take the necessary time to carefully review your documents. After approx. 1-2 weeks you should have received a first feedback from us.

You can also apply for several job offers at the same time. However, you do not need to submit multiple applications for this. Make it clear in your cover letter that you see more than one job that matches your expectations and whose requirements you fulfill.

Please write the application in the language in which the advertisement is also written. If the application is required in another language, this is explicitly stated in the advertisement.

The application process is divided into three main steps: If your application convinces us, we will arrange a telephone interview with you. The telephone call allows us to get to know you briefly for the first time and gives us an impression of you and your skills. You also have the opportunity to ask us some initial questions. If the interview is positive, the personal interview follows after a subsequent discussion of your application with the department. We want to find out whether you are a good fit for us and whether we are a good fit for you. The focus is on you as a person - your personality. Therefore, we are looking forward to getting to know you as authentically as possible. You will also have the opportunity to get to know us, to clarify any questions that are important to you and to get an impression of the position and the work at SERVIEW. Openness and honesty are very important to us. That's why we always end the interview with honest feedback on the course of the interview. Ideally, we will also offer you an employment contract right away.
