- Customer acquisition: Actively acquire new customers and recognize potential in the existing customer base.

- Customer service: Ensuring optimum customer care from the pre-sales to the after-sales phase.

- Passion for sales: You are motivated and ready to get started in sales.
- Language skills: Fluent German and English.
- Educational background: Completed commercial training or an equivalent qualification.
- Willingness to learn: Openness to learn new things - knowledge of management practice frameworks such as ITIL®, PRINCE2®, SCRUM etc. is a plus, but not a must.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel throughout Germany to support our customers.
