For this you get up every morning
- You engage your training participants by delivering training in various best-practice fields - face-to-face, live online or in hybrid format.
- You impart new knowledge to your participants in a fun and methodical way, give practical tips and light their fire for topics that are close to your heart.
- You contribute your ideas and develop new training courses for our portfolio.
- You prepare your participants optimally for their certification exams.

- Ideally, you already have some best-practice certificates and have perhaps already shown what you are made of in your first training sessions. But even if you are still at the beginning of your career as a trainer, you are very welcome to join us. We will personally make you fit for the job!
- You bring passion and fun, speak your mind honestly and have a real desire to make a difference.
- You enjoy tackling new tasks, topics and challenges.
- You enjoy standing in front of other people and are good at inspiring others and communicating complex issues in an understandable way.
- Very good knowledge of German and English as well as willingness to travel for classroom training - because you will be training international teams throughout Germany.
