The simulation is entertaining and helpful. Also suitable for non-IT people. Topics like communication, collaboration but also prioritization are experienced in the simulation. Andrea did a great job leading us through the day and infected us with her energy. Many thanks for that!

Hello,
I really enjoyed this day. The game showed how DevOps work together and are tightly integrated.
Initial lack of organization of the team was quickly remedied and thus maximized the result.
The trainer has brought the topic very well across. You could tell that the trainer had fun with the topic.
We also had a lot of fun during the day and learned a lot :-)
I can recommend the short further.

Fantastic seminar with wonderful learning effect

A super simulation - entertaining and incredibly realistic. It didn't take long before we were faced with the everyday situation we know all too well from our jobs, eye to eye and on a "small scale". Communication, cooperation, structured procedures, mastering unplanned situations - all this was required and it was impressive to see the learning effects from round to round and to feel HOW quickly certain actions and measures have an effect.
We all quickly found our roles and everyone acted as they really are and had a wonderful mirror held up to reflect on themselves and their actions.
Strengths and weaknesses were also quickly revealed - but the team managed to act as a team and to benefit from the strengths of each individual as well as to cushion weaknesses and to work on them effectively under the chapter "lessons learned".
It was simply a wonderful demonstration of how important every little cog in the wheel is in order to function - not always smoothly but successfully in the end......
An absolutely recommendable seminar for employees as well as for the management of a company.
The learning effect was huge and I think that every single participant took something with them - be it in terms of communication, teamwork, motivation or self-reflection in certain situations. There is no limit to the number of areas in which a learning curve could be seen here.
Thank you very much for this wonderful experience.

The training "The Phoenix Project - start your DevOps journey" was a very nice (first-hand) demonstration of how important regulated communication between all participants in a company is in order to operate efficiently and effectively as a business. The playful approach and the direct evaluation of the effectiveness of one's own decisions made the training very entertaining and also very instructive.
