Good event, catering could be improved

Catching the vegetarian lunch day at a one-day seminar is either bad luck or poor planning. The plate with Turkish rice dish was a bit meager. Unfortunately, even during the breaks, the snacks on offer were always already used up by another group and were not replenished. It makes you think about whether you do not make further seminars with other providers, from which you are accustomed to better catering.

Astonishing deviation in service perception

Dear Serview team,
I have been a customer of yours for many years and have taken several training courses up to the level of ITIL Expert. So far, I have always been satisfied.
Yesterday, however, I was not so positively surprised.
First the positive:
- The trainer Harald K. did a very great job.
- The group was very great and with 4 people pleasantly small, which would have been a super prerequisite for intensive learning sessions.
The following points were not positive:
- There was not the Foundation compendium (book) with it, which I should be able to expect at this price.
- The exam is not directly after the course, which means additional time effort, which was not made clear in advance.
- The translations in the workbook are often misleading or misunderstood. I also gave these comments to the trainer.
- The training room in the Hotel Gloria (winter garden) was a pure imposition. It is not surprising that at this time of year, temperatures can exceed 30° C. To choose a room that has neither air conditioning, good ventilation and shading and is used as a passage room for the other guests is a pure absurdity. One should effectively and efficiently absorb a high density of information, which unfortunately was only possible to a very limited extent in these conditions.
Due to these circumstances, yesterday was unnecessarily more exhausting. From the afternoon on, everyone clearly noticed the effects of the temperatures.
Please plan a little better in the future and include the books again as part of the training materials, this amount does not need to be rationalized away in the budget in my eyes.

A trainibg in the usual Serview quality. Good teaching materials, a lecturer who responds to the questions of the participants and good teaching rooms. The course was also well structured in terms of time. I am looking forward to the next training at Serview.

Great room in the Boardinghouse with top service despite late arrival. Good breakfast.
Very professional training where all expectations were met and exceeded.
Overall a well-rounded and very positive experience.
I will be happy to come back.

Well explained and presented in a structured way. Only briefly did I get the feeling that they were trying to reuse templates from v3. It was also a pity that there was no indication during registration that the exam would not take place on the same day. Further, the material had to be shortened. 2 days with exam are more recommended but if you can only fit 1 day in the project is a very good option. Trainer I found very pleasant and you could discuss well with him.
