The atmosphere was good and productive. Due to the small number of participants, everyone was able to contribute well. The trainer communicated the topic/the rules of the game well, so that everyone could follow and the team could optimize itself step by step. Recommended face-to-face training.

I had the opportunity to participate in a Marslander simulation with previously unknown participants from different companies and departments. Within a short period of time, the performance of the team and the degree of completion of the tasks was great.

My husband attended an ITIL seminar here and was very satisfied overall. The trainer was capable. The accommodation on site was appealing and the tasting by Serview was very good. Everyone was very friendly and the facility itself, would be wonderful for team training as well. The common areas are very stylishly decorated and invite you to linger.

My second training course at Serview. I attended the Scrum Master & PO training in mid-August last year, where Arne was our trainer. This week my IREB Requirements Engineering training with Christian. I must honestly admit that the trainers are simply great! In the first hour it feels as if we have been working together for years and know each other very well. From now on, my address for further education and training is fixed.

I completed a 2023 course in ITIL 4 here. The course was online. I was completely satisfied with the trainer, the course content and the course itself. I can therefore recommend SERVIEW.

The contents of the training were taught superbly via an online conference. Was an ITIL 4 Foundation and also the exam preparation was great, so that the successful passing was possible without any problems.
