A good overview of all relevant topics and a good basis for the exam.
For online participants, the layout of the exercise questions in the workbook could be adapted a little,
to have to scroll less, but otherwise everything is great.

A successful online seminar

My initial skepticism about online seminars was quickly dispelled. The trainer conveyed the content in a very well adapted and calm manner.
In my opinion, an online seminar even has the advantage that I can note down my own aspects and additional explanations in the handout and not just the pure content and keywords. The handouts presented and completed by the trainer could be conveniently saved via screenshot and now I can summarize everything well. This would not have been possible in a face-to-face training course (without pre-filled handouts).
As a result, I was always able to follow the trainer's words without being distracted by paperwork and the pressure of 'you've got it all, come on'.

Instructive training - excellent trainer - once again

Michael Baumann, with whom I was already able to enjoy the second course (online) after completing the Scrum Master + PO training, knows how to convey the extensive material in a targeted manner so that nothing stands in the way of successfully passing the exam. He always incorporates his own experiences or concrete examples into his teaching to prevent the lessons, which are inevitably mostly frontal, from becoming too dry. As an online participant, you are actively involved and don't feel any loss of quality compared to attending in person. Even after the end of the course, Michael Baumann offered to be available by email should any further questions arise.
My conclusion is: Interesting and instructive training with exceptionally good knowledge transfer by an excellent trainer. Serview again at any time, Michael Baumann again at any time.

The 3 days of online training with Arne were enjoyable and instructive! We were only two participants. I was able to change my registration spontaneously and bring the course forward, which was no problem for SERVIEW. Thank you for that!
I passed the exam today! Arne did a great job! I wouldn't mind if he were my trainer again one day.

The IREB training was interesting in terms of content and very relevant to my field of activity. The scope and pace were optimal, there was an appropriate amount of group work included, but the training was also otherwise very interactive. Sebastian went through the topics with us at a very good pace, gave us a lot of context and many examples, making the training extremely enjoyable.

Sebastian has a very really pleasant and relaxed way of conveying the information. Especially during group work, the discussions were very lively and interactive. The interactivity was a bit lacking in my opinion. I can understand that teaching online can be quite a challenge. Nevertheless, I would have liked to see more interaction here.

Engaging trainer despite dry topic

Overall, I enjoyed the training and was very satisfied with the trainer, the organization, and the working materials. However, I would have liked more and real examples from practice, instead of mainly practice examples that prepare for the exam.
One didactic improvement I would like to see would be to ask questions of the audience on points that are difficult and require thought, instead of fishing for (supposedly) obvious answers to easy questions. The engagement this creates is superficial, waiting for someone to take the pity to say something that everyone knows so that it can go on, with greater risk of embarrassing oneself because of the trivial answer. It is better to ask difficult questions that make everyone think and to which one can give answers that one is not sure about without having to be ashamed.

The training was very pleasant and varied despite the online presentation. Sonia managed to find a balanced way between pure knowledge transfer, dialogue and exercises. Rute Lopes was for me the best trainer in an online training so far. Despite the virtual setting, she was able to get the participants excited about the topic and convey the information very well. The working materials complemented the presentation perfectly. Questions were well answered thanks to sound expertise. The number of breaks were perfect to be able to process the extensive amount of information in appropriate portions.

Sonia Timm guided us through the three-day training with a great deal of empathy and didactic skill. Even though the focus was clearly on successfully passing the certificate exam, she gave us participants enough space and time to ask all kinds of questions. The questions were then answered very competently and always with reference to practice. I particularly liked the fact that Ms. Timm continuously included all participants and always took into account the different levels of knowledge and previous training.
All in all, it was a well-rounded course. I can highly recommend the trainer and SERVIEW as a training provider. I feel very well prepared for the upcoming exam.

For me, the virtual classroom was a great solution due to the current situation! A positive side effect - I didn't have to leave home and therefore didn't have the stress of having to put my son up somewhere.
Because my trainer and I were alone, we were able to organize the whole training very flexibly. My trainer also did this in coordination with me. He responded to my questions and answered them competently and in detail.
We went through the practice test together. He explained the questions I answered incorrectly again based on the correct answer. He also gave me helpful tips for the exam!
All in all, an absolutely recommendable training!

Furthermore, moderation and literature references given beyond the documents were very good to deepen the topic and continue. Very good teaching of the subject matter,
Good exercises,
Questions answered at any time friendly and easy to understand.
The amount of topics is demanding for the course duration
and towards the end of the time it became a little tight.
I had some problems with picture and sound. The trainer was very helpful and explained what I had missed after the course. Again, extra thanks for that!

Due to the sheer amount of input, at least the last of the three days became a parforce ride. Nevertheless, the course prepared me very well for the exam (especially due to the super design of Thomas M.), which I then also passed. So I would definitely recommend it!

I recommend this training to have a good basis of requirements engineering to support and enhance your work in real projects. The trainer, Sonia Timm, conducted the training in a very dynamic way, overcoming the possible difficulties of an online training.
It might be better if it could be possible to order the material printed and receive it by post previously to the training, so that taking notes during the explanations becomes easier.
It is also a good preparation for taking the certification.

Lecture:
Lecture style and presentation very good. Pleasant person who responded to every question and had an easy going style and got people excited about the topic.
Suggestions for improvement:
- More involvement of participants by explaining practical examples (theory vs. practice).
- more examples (e.g. the subway example was very good to better remember what was learned)
- even treatment of the individual topics (e.g. be a little shorter on individual topics)
Criticism of the accompanying documentation:
- The mock exam should be bundled at the end of the teaching material, as it makes it easier to bundle all the questions in one place for preparation. During the exam preparation this was a bit more difficult for me.
- There were far too many cloze texts. It felt like I had to take notes all the time, which made it difficult to listen calmly and understand.
- many important hints were only mentioned by the trainer, but could not be found in the handbook, maybe at least the hints relevant to the exam could be added (
- a complete overview of the course would be good, where you always show in which stage you are. For each stage you could subdivide the main headings again, so you get a better overview.

The training was good and much was explained. It was also worked with examples, so that you get a reference to reality something.
The exercise questions were discussed in detail.
The texts in the training materials were not read, it was all explained in such a way, had to be read after the training. Otherwise, the time would probably not have been enough.

I was very satisfied with the training. The workbook principle is well suited, even under VLC conditions.
There are two places where I see room for improvement:
- On the third day, the pace was a bit faster than on the first two days. That was then already demanding.
- The level of difficulty in the test is higher than in the exercises. But it still worked out.

Good training with room for improvement

Dear Serview Team,
Thank you again for the good online training with your very sympathetic and competent trainer Rute.
I found the training very interesting and instructive, although sometimes a bit too theoretical (but this is probably simply due to the goal and content of the training).
Rute managed to bring a very good atmosphere into the training, but I found it - due to the fact that the training was held online - sometimes very useless to have to transfer the content of Rute's slides into the workbook. Due to the typing, I could not follow most of Rute's explanations - especially on the last day of the training - and had to "explain" this part to myself afterwards using the IREB book.
In addition, sometimes the overview of the whole area was missing, so that individual slides could not be directly classified in the RE context. Additional overview slides, which are faded in again and again, would probably remedy this problem.
Nevertheless, I would like to thank Rute once again for the great and relaxed training!

Competent lecturer, unusual format

Due to the current situation, Serview has spontaneously switched to a Virtual Classroom. This was at first an unusual situation, a training from the home office, over 3 days.
However, a good structure quickly emerged, with sufficient breaks, interaction with and between the participants and an always friendly and competent instructor.
We got along well in terms of time, so that it was always possible to finish a little earlier, which is also positive.
The tool used worked well for the most part.
I feel well prepared for the exam and am curious how this is realized by Certible as an online version.
I can highly recommend the Virtual Classroom in this day and age.
