Good training / Bad translation

This is the third time I have used the online live training. Previously, the training was in German with English material. This time the material was also in German. This was sometimes poorly translated and led to irritations. However, the trainer always reacted well here and explained or improved the terminology or read it out in English. In the future, I would improve the translation or alternatively send the workbook in both languages.

Very good training with a small number of participants. Contents professionally and very understandably conveyed by the trainer, and gave a good overview of the key points. I can only recommend.

The seminar was very varied. The two trainers were very committed and taught us the theoretical material in an exciting way with lots of practical examples and discussions. The time flew by. The organization of Serview is professional. The hybrid event ran smoothly. Very good documentation and a great modern location with many amenities such as ice cream, snacks, table football, bar, canteen, overnight accommodation, terrace,... All in all, highly recommended!

My husband attended an ITIL seminar here and was very satisfied overall. The trainer was capable. The accommodation on site was appealing and the tasting by Serview was very good. Everyone was very friendly and the facility itself, would be wonderful for team training as well. The common areas are very stylishly decorated and invite you to linger.

This trainer manages to present a dry topic with many definitions to be memorized, which for many is a forced compulsory event, in a lively and exciting way with a smile and ease, while appealing to a very mixed audience. You don't just get him reading out the contents of the files, but also very personal experiences in many well-known companies and although the seminar was shortened from V3 (3 days) to 1.5 days, he gave us room for heated debates. The contents of the training were taught superbly via an online conference. Was an ITIL 4 Foundation and also the exam preparation was great, so that the successful passing was possible without any problems.
