Trainer has sympathetically mastered challenges (new content / abundance of basic information), due to abundance little deepening and dialogue possible, therefore challenging for remote participants abundance of dry material (also slides in English) to follow attentively Conclusion: I am glad and grateful to have been given the knowledge and preparation so early.
