• Deepening in Lean Six Sigma: A deeper understanding of the principles and advanced concepts of Lean Six Sigma, including a detailed look at the methodology and its application in different industries.
• The DMAIC Cycle: A comprehensive examination of the Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control phases, including advanced techniques for collecting and analyzing data and implementing improvement measures.
• Statistical analysis methods: Introduction to and practical application of statistical tools and software needed to identify process improvements and solve quality problems.
• Project management: Acquisition of knowledge and skills in project management that are necessary for the planning, implementation and control of Lean Six Sigma projects.
