What is PRINCE2?

PRINCE2 Foundation Certification - Comprehensive Basic Training

You will learn the basics of project management according to the PRINCE2 framework in PRINCE2 Foundation. This PRINCE2 certification gives you an overview of the various principles, roles and functions. You will internalize the standardized use of language and the necessary technical terminology. In addition, after passing the official exam, you will be able to work effectively in or with a PRINCE2 project team. This means that the Foundation forms the basis for all further PRINCE2 certifications.

PRINCE2 Practitioner Certification - The Project Management Expert

After you have successfully completed PRINCE2 Foundation, you will train to become a Practitioner. This PRINCE2 certification enables you to manage PRINCE2 projects yourself and adapt the method to your individual working environment in a variety of ways. PRINCE2 Agile Foundation - Basic training for agile environments
