The PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner Training enables you to harmonize PRINCE2 processes even better with agile elements. You will learn in detail how the resulting hybrid project management method can be applied in practice.
For this purpose, world-renowned best practices such as Scrum or Kanban are on the curriculum as well as the use of the Cynefin framework to determine the project approach or the adaptation of management products in agile projects.

In the SERVIEW live online training, you take center stage! You learn all the content of the PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner training in constant dialog with an experienced SERVIEW trainer: engaging, entertaining and full of memorable examples. Requirements
To participate in the training, you need to have successfully completed a PRINCE2 Agile Foundation course with certificate.
Note: If you have completed your PRINCE2 Agile Foundation or Practitioner training in Version 1 and have the corresponding Version 1 book
then you will need the book "PRINCE2 Agile Version 2" to participate in the PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner training (version 2).
