Very competent training with an excellent trainer

The course is very practically oriented and follows several tasks in a project scenario in group work. The lecturer Michael Baumann led the course very competently and responded very well to every question. During the group work, he gave valuable tips that can also be put to good practical use later on, although the focus on exam preparation was never neglected. All in all, it was a very practical seminar to test and deepen the knowledge acquired in a previous Foundation seminar using a company scenario in various project departments. I can only recommend the seminar!

Good complement to PRINCE2 Agile Foundation

Well suited for participants from the Foundation course to experience the theoretical knowledge in practice if they were not previously familiar with agile techniques.

Very good training

John is very knowledgeable, knows all the details and quotes definitions over and over so it is repeated for memorization. The only learning point is that Johannes could be a bit more concise in his overall explanations, so that less time is needed.

Super training, thanks to sensational trainer

This has been the best online training I have participated in so far. The trainer was very experienced, highly professional and at the same time fun in conveying concentrated knowledge to the participants within a very short time. 2) His prepared documents encouraged the participants to internalize the knowledge not only by listening, but also by actively taking notes. 3. continuous active questions from the trainer, the learned could also be understood correctly. 4. thanks to the anchors set by the trainer, the most important points were internalized. Many thanks for this great training!

Practical application of PRINCE2 Agile excellently taught

Building on the PRINCE2 Agile Foundation training, the Practitioner training directly afterwards was very useful for immediate application. Here, too, Mr. Baumann did a very good job of teaching the application of PRINCE2 Agile. I can highly recommend the training! The 5-day classroom training was very worthwhile.

Very good practical relevance

The scenario-based training is very good for putting theory into practice. 2 days are very short for this training, which I consider more important than the Foundation Training. The application of the tools was therefore a bit too short. Exam preparation was again very good

Training and Trainer well appreciated

Dear all, last week we had the Training Prince2 Agile Practitioner and the trainer was very competent and the material for the training very well documented the content and prepared for the exam. Couple of Points for improvement: - timely availability of the book (before start of the Training) is required for a good preparation and allows for proper homework. Our books only arrived during the 2nd Training day). - in case a second room would not be required for the Training (limited number of participants) it would be good to not request this. (we went through a lot of hassle to get 2 rooms close to each other for the 3 days and didnot use the 2nd room at all). - efficient planning of the homework (in our case doing the pre.exam) would help the whole Team to get the most out of the Training (a part of the Team did the prep at home and a part not, which led to waiting time on the last Training day for the People that had done the prep.exam). - some discussions on the practical implementation / case for a Project with multiple Teams with different Methods (a Team with scrum, Kanban and a normal straightforward planning of deliverables) would very much add value to the Training.

As usual super!

The PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner in 2018 was my second training at Serview after the PRINCE2 Practitioner in 2013. Coming back paid off: Through super training methods and materials, I was perfectly prepared for the certification, which was then also successful. Accommodation and catering at the training center, as well as the on-site support, were also good. I definitely recommend Serview and will definitely be back for training! Thank you very much!
