The Prince2 7 compact course was very well taught by Michael Baumann, who provided an excellent mix of structure, practical relevance, and sound methodology. The clear structure makes the material easy to follow, and each part builds logically on the previous one. The practical examples are particularly convincing, making complex principles tangible and facilitating their transfer to real projects. The course content is concise and focused on the essentials without neglecting important details. The only minor criticism concerns the time planning for the practical case studies in the Practitioner course, as each exercise took longer than planned. In summary, it was a very effective compact course that offers structure, practical relevance, and a clear mental model. Ideal for working confidently and competently with Prince2 while anchoring what you have learned in the long term.

The PRINCE2 compact training course provided a clear and structured overview of the method. The content was conveyed in an understandable way, and the mix of theory and practical examples was well balanced overall. Hybrid delivery is always somewhat difficult, but in this case it was handled quite well. For the Practitioner exam, more specific preparation for typical question formats and exam requirements would have been helpful. Overall, a solid training course that provides a good foundation for applying PRINCE2.

Overall, the training was very interesting and technically sound. I would particularly like to highlight the trainer, who mastered the major challenge of a hybrid training course - i.e. with face-to-face and online participants - extremely well. He knew how to integrate both groups and convey the subject matter clearly using suitable examples. Personally, I would have liked a little less frontal teaching in order to bring more interactive elements and exchange into the training. However, this is not so much due to the trainer himself, but rather to the structure of the training and examination concept. Overall, it was a very good and instructive experience that I can recommend to others.

I know these training courses from my previous employer. What's particularly good is that you can organize yourself and repeat them at any time. Unfortunately, this does not apply to the knowledge check, which could perhaps also be included. This training together with the "Scrum - everything you need to know book" gives you everything you need to prepare for the exams and also to read up on your job from time to time and feel confirmed or close gaps in your knowledge. The price/performance ratio is also right.

Michael Baumann, with whom I was already able to enjoy the second course (online) after completing the Scrum Master + PO training, knows how to convey the extensive material in a targeted manner so that nothing stands in the way of successfully passing the exam. He always incorporates his own experiences or concrete examples into his teaching to prevent the lessons, which are inevitably mostly frontal, from becoming too dry. As an online participant, you are actively involved and don't feel any loss of quality compared to attending in person. Even after the end of the course, Michael Baumann offered to be available by email should any further questions arise. The course is very practically oriented and follows several tasks in a project scenario in group work. The lecturer Michael Baumann led the course very competently and responded very well to every question. During the group work, he gave valuable tips that can also be put to good practical use later on, although the focus on exam preparation was never neglected. All in all, it was a very practical seminar to test and deepen the knowledge acquired in a previous Foundation seminar using a company scenario in various project departments. Please forward my request to PeopleCert: in the digital age, post-pandemic, it is incomprehensible that course materials are only made available to face-to-face participants in printed form. - I prefer to edit, add to and comment on documents digitally, regardless of the place of participation. - In addition, there were differences between the online and printed versions in the hybrid course - the black and white print also means that color codes in slides cannot be recognized. Michael pointed out in the course that people who had booked the certification would also receive the PDF documents. Unfortunately, this is not the case for me and so I will probably have to scan the black and white documents.... A bit old-school, isn't it? Regardless of this, the content, trainer and location were excellent, almost to recommend!

The trainer is virtually at home with the topic and can provide valuable context on the audio track from his wealth of experience. The didactics are also important, e.g. the trainer waits briefly until all participants have finished writing their notes and only then continues speaking, so you stay focused and don't have to write and listen at the same time. The training gave a very good overview of project management and PRINCE2 processes. Unfortunately, this 'quick bleach' was limited to only one day. The trainer was very competent, friendly and always open for questions. My goal was to learn how projects are (should be) carried out in our company. And this goal was achieved almost 100%. At first, it was unusual to do without PowerPoint and projectors. However, this meant that the training was conducted at a very pleasant pace. My expectation of a training is that the topic is well explained, there is room to answer questions and it should provide an opportunity to try out what has been learned. In all these points the training shone. The accompanying material (workbook) is also after the training a great help to use Kanban in the team. It is well structured and without unnecessary ballast. A training always stands and falls with the trainer and there we had a competent, level-headed and friendly trainer. This training is absolutely recommendable. A great lecturer who conveyed the dry theory in a lively way. This includes the pace of speech, illustrating with familiar examples from everyday life or professional life and the good slides. The structure of the slides is adapted to the workbook, so that it is easy to follow the course material. Nevertheless, they were always presented long enough to be able to make screenshots if necessary. I was able to take away a lot for my professional life as well as for my private everyday life. Already one day after the training I felt more relaxed. I was able to reduce the pressure of being overwhelmed by too many work tasks thanks to the training. I am basically very satisfied with the seminar. It was a nice atmosphere, the teaching with the workbook is excellent. There is no boredom, and by working independently, the absorption of the learning content is easier. Michael taught everything well and understandably and answered all questions. 1 point deduction I give for the fact that the time management is somewhat confused and thus not all learning content in the 2 days could be conveyed. We have extended then something, but the concentration is then of course also somewhat difficult. Also, we have received the documents by email and the offer to ask questions - nevertheless, I would have rather wished the offer still on the 3rd day to get the rest taught personally. All in all, it was very good and I would recommend Serview and take a seminar again.

The course was great! Small negative aspect: The training was scheduled for 3 days and thus clearly too short. I would think it would make sense to schedule this training for 4-5 days and limit the course times to 9am-4pm (instead of 9am-5pm).

The compact training online course was really good. The registration and administration team were very helpful and friendly through out the training. The training syllables were tailored to fit the short period of training but was very comprehensive and covered all the aspects of the PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner topics. The trainer Mr. Baumann was very competent, informative, patient and kind to respond to all our questions during and after the sessions. With his calm attitude he mad the training going very easily and smoothly. I only had a technical problem with the 'GoTraining' app which was not easily functioning, hence costed me time and lots of unnecessarily tension on my first days of the training; as well as, restricted my active participation, esp. that I could not activate the sharing screen function during the case study exercise. Apart from this technical issue, I enjoyed my learning and would highly recommend it.

The additional content takes up a good portion of the time. Therefore, the pure exam preparation is perhaps a little too short in some places. Perhaps it should be announced in the description. In the currently required online format, I would like to see a few interactive sections for the participants, possibly in groups. It wasn't boring at any point, but maybe you can find ways to experience agility more by yourself in the online format as well. The included test questions are well done and help with preparation. From beginner to Prince2 Practitioner in only 5 days! The course is tightly planned but still leaves room for individual questions. The trainer was convincing both methodically and didactically and conveyed the essential aspects of Prince2 in a short time. In particular, the color scheme of the processes chosen by the trainer should be mentioned here, which accompanied the participants throughout the entire course and contributed to the understanding and learning success to the highest degree. The documents and materials provided are of high quality and enable a sustainable training success that goes beyond the actual exams. Despite the excellent quality of the course, it takes a decent amount of personal commitment to successfully complete the course in this short amount of time. Those who are unsure should postpone the exam if necessary to make up for it online in a timely manner. Would not have thought that so much material (including exams!) could be so well processed and grasped in one week. Both Serview with their facilities, catering and staff, as well as our trainer Michael B. did their best to prepare us. Now, thanks to the team, most of the group can call themselves PRINCE2 Foundation + Practitioner certified. If I ever consider doing the Agile certification, I will definitely do it with Serview. The questions were clarified immediately or when discussing the respective focus. All in all, a very good course. From my point of view, a possible improvement would be the distribution of multicolored writing material in order to make the filling out of the writing material clearer.

I found it was a bit much material for 2 days and then directly afterwards the exam. Of course, it was about the basics and the background knowledge. A bit more practice or more active parts would certainly not be wrong to give the training even more pep. I found the small group size and the flexible timing very good.

The open and positive manner of the trainer, the great location and the great atmosphere in the group contributed greatly to the fact that the introduction to the rather dry and extensive topic was easy and fun despite the tight time frame. The combination seminar PRINCE2 Compact (Foundation and Practitioner) is a sensible combination of the theory of the methodology (Foundation) and the link to real implementation (Practitioner). The trainer responded very intensively to all questions asked and guided us very well through the week. I can recommend this seminar to anyone who wants to manage projects according to PRINCE2 in the future.
