The Leading SAFe 6.0 classroom training course was very structured and clearly organized. The trainer was extremely knowledgeable, motivated, and conveyed the content in a way that was easy to understand and practical. Actually, I had already prepared myself for a dry training session. Endless slides, monotonous voices, coffee as the only salvation. But then came the surprise: instead of boredom, there were practical examples taken directly from real life, plus plenty of humor and energy. We tried things out, discussed them, and before I knew it, the time was up. At the end, I not only had new knowledge, but also a certificate in my pocket. Conclusion: Everything was done right. The conditions for in-person training at Serview in Bad Homburg were excellent. Accommodation, meals, and leisure activities (e.g., bar, entertainment options) were great. The seminar rooms, including the technology, were very appealing and functional. All Serview employees were courteous and helpful. The trainers were competent and always able to provide well-founded information, even on challenging topics. Good time management. Good training materials. Training recommended.

The two-day training course was extremely interesting, exciting, and informative. At no point did I feel bored or need to distract myself with something else. Exciting presentation combined with the opportunity to think for yourself. Very enjoyable and, I hope, successful. A note about the materials. It would be nice if care could be taken to ensure that the presentation slides and the documentation, i.e., the workbook, are written identically in terms of upper and lower case. Verbs are generally written in lower case. I found the switching between German and English terms tiring. It would be nice to have consistency here, either all German or all English. I would love to attend another great seminar with an extra star, if there were one.

The interactivity was a bit lacking in my opinion. I can understand that teaching online can be quite a challenge. Nevertheless, I would have liked to see more interaction here.

The trainer explains the material very well. A little more interactivity and engagement with the participants will improve the experience, especially, taking into account that being in online class for 8 hours is somehow more challenging than being in a classroom. Maybe some short case studies, examples to be solved together with other participants, in a few small breakout sessions (those who online/ those in the class, as it was a hybrid training). For the rest, it was a useful training and a very helpful patient trainer who answered to all questions of the participants. Thank you.

The trainer used data and other evidence to explain his lessons. During the lessons, he made them very interactive and built the confidence of the participants to contribute to the topic with their knowledge and understanding. Throughout the topic, he explained the need for the problem at hand and why and how it is important to solve it. All topics were covered and explained well. At the end of the training, he prepared us for the exam with exam examples and explained the importance of the questions and why the answer is so. I would like to thank the trainer for his hard work.
