An excellent learning experience with Serview and Katharina

My experience with Serview was outstanding throughout. The organization, support, and quality of the training were top-notch and far exceeded my expectations. I’d especially like to highlight Katharina, however. She is without a doubt one of the best trainers I’ve had the pleasure of working with.
I was particularly impressed by her ability to convey even complex topics in a way that is clear, structured, and practical. She possesses exceptionally deep subject matter expertise and, at the same time, manages to meet participants exactly where they are. She doesn’t just answer questions—she takes the time to explain concepts clearly and ensure that the material is truly understood.
What sets Katharina apart is her combination of professional excellence and personal warmth. She creates a learning environment where you feel at ease, stay motivated, and are eager to actively participate. In every training session, you can tell how much passion, dedication, and heart she puts into her work.
I was particularly impressed by how individually she addressed my questions, interests, and learning needs. As a result, I never felt like I was participating in a standard training course, but rather in a program tailored to the participants. This personalized attention made an enormous difference for me.
Katharina combines expertise, dedication, patience, and compassion in a way that is rarely seen. Learning with her not only helped me enormously from a professional standpoint but was also truly enjoyable.
Serview can be very proud to have such an exceptional trainer on its team. I would recommend Serview anytime and hope to be able to take future training courses with Serview again—and especially with Katharina.

Highly recommend the instructor and the course

Instructor Michael Baumann explained the material clearly, tailored the session to our group and our individual needs, and answered all our questions competently.
At the training center in Bad Homburg near Frankfurt, we were able to focus entirely on the course and were well taken care of in every way.

Over the course of the two days, we covered everything important at a good pace; the instructor gave many examples and explained how everything fits together.
The handouts should also be in color; the PDF kept freezing on my computer.

There was a lot of material that would have been better covered over 3 days, so I'm deducting 1 star.
The instructor did a great job presenting the material, used excellent practical examples to illustrate the points, and actively engaged the participants throughout. 5 stars for communication and support! Keep up the good work, Nancy!

I'm thrilled. Ms. Schwenk put together two fantastic days. I learned a lot, and the 16 hours of training went by (too) quickly. I'd love to come back next year for the Practitioner Training with Ms. Schwenk! I'll definitely recommend Serview to others, and I hope that more people from my company will get to know and learn PRINCE2.

Katharina is extremely knowledgeable and has a 100% grasp of the subject matter.
She explains the material using practical examples. She connects well with the participants and addresses their individual questions. It was a very challenging, intensive workshop, but Katharina knows how to keep the participants’ attention at all times. Thank you very much, Katharina!

The training was great, and the trainer had a very pleasant way of facilitating discussions. I also really liked how we consistently applied the methodology to the day-to-day business situations of the various participants. My only suggestion for improvement, however, is that we very often got sidetracked into irrelevant discussions (especially SCRUM-related questions, which were completely out of place—since a few participants had apparently just heard the buzzword but had no idea how to apply it). I would have liked us to “waste” less time on that.

Michael Baumann is an experienced trainer who was able to present the material in a very engaging way despite the traditional lecture format and actively involved both the participants in the classroom and those joining online during the hybrid event. However, the hybrid format carries the risk that, in the event of technical difficulties, the course may not fully meet the needs of both groups of learners. Catering, venue, and trainer get 5 stars; course materials from Peoplecert get 4 stars; and technology gets 2 stars. We’d love to come back—see you next time!

Ms. Schwenk led an excellent training session here. The material was presented in a clear and understandable way, and it was evident that the trainer is highly competent and enjoys her work. This made it easy to follow along with the training. I really enjoyed the training, and the instructor was very friendly and professional. She was able to explain every question thoroughly.
However, I found the Study Guide to be very unstructured. In my opinion, the topics are presented in a strange order and keep jumping back and forth. For example, the project context is explained on page 14, and then all five integrated elements are covered on page 18. That doesn’t make sense to me. I would start with page 18 and then explain all the aspects that follow.
Additionally, I think it would be helpful if the header always included the current chapter title, so you can immediately see where you are in the document.
Otherwise, I thought the training was great

Have a good workout

Overall, the Prince 2 training was very well received by our group. Questions were addressed in detail, and the feedback was very positive. In addition, the trainer focused on the key points to avoid unnecessarily prolonging the training. Adequate breaks ensured that the participants remained focused throughout the day.
However, as the organizer, there are a few things I must point out:
I found it somewhat disruptive that the trainer translated some words into German, even though the training session had been booked in English. While this helped the German participants, it disrupted the flow of the training for the English-speaking participants.
For future training sessions with Serview, I would like to see better coordination regarding the trainer’s arrival time. The planned arrival one hour before the training began was not met, which is why, in my view, it would have been important to clarify this with the trainer again in advance.
In summary, however, it can be said that our participants are well prepared for the PRINCE2 exam.

I found the training very informative and was able to take away a lot that will help me achieve my P2F certification.
Even though the technology was a bit disconcerting at first, every effort was made to resolve the issues, and after that, everything went great for the entire two days!
Huge kudos to the trainer, who kept his cool despite all the initial difficulties and successfully led the course at a brisk pace. Questions were always answered in a highly competent and detailed manner!
I especially liked the presentation style using the DigiBoard, with its various slides and screenshots, which allowed us to revisit previous scenarios to better understand the connections!
