Very good training, despite the amount of information, the training was very well organized and executed. It was always interesting. She also always had lots of interesting and helpful examples/additional information. Had several Serview trainings and this was the best so far. I would recommend Katja at any time. Generally I think it's too much information for just 2 days.

That was very good. The only point of criticism was that the handout in which you take notes sometimes didn't have the right sequence, like the training.

The course was never boring and although it had a lot of content, the trainer Katja Bilsing was always able to convey the material in such a way that it was easy to understand. She always gave helpful tips for the exam using the excellent course materials. You never felt overwhelmed or bored, but rather had the feeling that time was passing quickly. Testing what we had learned using the exam questions at the end of the course showed how well the material had been taught. I can only recommend the course, as I have rarely experienced such a good course in this form, both from the trainer and the documents.

The training provided a very good overview of the basic values and methods of agility. The whole thing was conveyed in an authentic and interesting way by the trainer. The only point of criticism would be that the training, but especially the exam, was very much about precise terminology. In my opinion, memorizing vocabulary doesn't really help you become more agile

The training was very interesting and I was able to learn a lot for my project work. The content was very well prepared and the documents and technology in the training room really helped us to learn. Katja always responded well to our questions and was able to pick us all up well. She was able to give us lots of practical examples and her pace was just right. I've never experienced a trainer where I had so much fun during the training and at the same time took away so much input. I would train with Katja again at any time! The various exercises and group work helped me to internalize the entire topic. Thanks to Katja's manner, I had a lot of fun during the training and I was happy to come back every day. The framework conditions at Serview also make for a very pleasant stay. I would recommend anyone to book a classroom training course. It was by far the best training course I have attended so far and I would be happy to come back!

I particularly liked Katja Bilsing's positive manner and the fact that she applied all the techniques to be used in an exemplary manner during the training. The structure of the learning material was didactically very well prepared and the tips on questions relevant to the exam were worth their weight in gold. In addition, she was able to competently explain all further questions in a simple manner. The possibility to participate live-online and the way Ms. Bilsing addressed, involved and worked with both participants and online participants at the same time did not show me any disadvantage of online participation. We went through all the relevant content and I can read it again at any time to deepen my understanding. Thank you very much!

There was no time to sit back. The active mixture of teaching content, exercises, personal exchange of experiences, role plays and feedback rounds made the time fly by. Katja as an Agile trainer gave a perfect and professional performance. The training conditions, food and built-in recreational activities at SERVIEW are unparalleled. I felt like part of a big family. I do, however, give one star deduction as I made a conscious decision to go for an onsite training and ended up in a hybrid training. Unfortunately, the participants who were connected via teleconference were at times only a marginal presence. Which is a shame in the Agile environment. Many thanks to all and keep up the good work...

The online course conveys many terms and contents. However, the correlations and the big picture are explained very well. The documentation is very good and the course is well structured from start to finish. The trainer makes the course very entertaining and interesting, is very confident and competent in the subject and also responds to questions and wishes of the participants. Due to Corona, I had to switch from the classroom to the virtual classroom. This format poses special challenges for both the participants and especially the trainers, because technical problems can occur and audiovisual feedback is limited or sometimes missing altogether. Katja did a great job of working around these problems and still got us SCRUM fit. I have few concerns about taking the official exam soon. What I actually missed a bit in this format was the exchange with other participants, e.g. during the lunch break, but the trainer can't help that. A minor problem for me was also the editing of the workbook on the iPad (no Adobe, but native). This first required the conversion of the document so that changes could be saved.

A very successful event, which provided a relatively large amount of information in too short a time. The own expectations were completely fulfilled, ambiguities were eliminated and approaches for the daily handling of Prince2 were created. It remains to be seen which aspects of Prince2 (all/none) will be used in the company. The exam was demanding and the time was short. Here and there there was a little lack of imagination of how the topics are lived in practice. The instructor was great and supported the theoretical content with practical examples where possible.
