My experience with Serview was outstanding throughout. The organization, support, and quality of the training were top-notch and far exceeded my expectations. I’d especially like to highlight Katharina, however. She is without a doubt one of the best trainers I’ve had the pleasure of working with. I was particularly impressed by her ability to convey even complex topics in a way that is clear, structured, and practical. She possesses exceptionally deep subject matter expertise and, at the same time, manages to meet participants exactly where they are. She doesn’t just answer questions—she takes the time to explain concepts clearly and ensure that the material is truly understood. What sets Katharina apart is her combination of professional excellence and personal warmth. She creates a learning environment where you feel at ease, stay motivated, and are eager to actively participate. In every training session, you can tell how much passion, dedication, and heart she puts into her work. I was particularly impressed by how individually she addressed my questions, interests, and learning needs. As a result, I never felt like I was participating in a standard training course, but rather in a program tailored to the participants. This personalized attention made an enormous difference for me. Katharina combines expertise, dedication, patience, and compassion in a way that is rarely seen. Learning with her not only helped me enormously from a professional standpoint but was also truly enjoyable. Serview can be very proud to have such an exceptional trainer on its team. I would recommend Serview anytime and hope to be able to take future training courses with Serview again—and especially with Katharina.

The online training course on Scrum Master and Product Owner was really good and informative. The course materials are exceptionally well-organized and visually appealing. And most importantly: Our trainer, Katharina, did a fantastic job of conveying the content! It was always interesting and engaging; there were plenty of practical examples, and there was always enough time for questions and discussion. What I also really liked was that it was consistently interactive—the simulation on the second day was very helpful and really helped me deepen my understanding of many aspects! For the simulation, it would have been nice to have a little more time for the Product Backlog. Overall, a 10/10 training course, and I’m happy to recommend it to others!

The instructor led the training with a lot of positive energy and a high level of expertise. She answered questions very competently and explained complex topics in an easy-to-understand way. Her friendly and motivating manner contributed significantly to the pleasant learning environment. However, the overall pace of the training was quite fast, which at times made it difficult to fully follow the material. A great deal of content was covered in a short period of time, which placed a strong emphasis on passing the exam. A stronger connection to practical application in a business context would have made the training even more valuable.

I recently took part in a two-day online training course to prepare for PSM I & PSPO I certification—it was concise, practical, and to the point. We were a small group of just three participants, which allowed plenty of time for individual questions and discussion. The training course was structured in a varied way: the workbook, presentation, group exercise, and discussion all complemented each other well. In terms of content, all key Scrum topics were covered—from roles to events to artifacts—always with a strong practical focus. Particularly memorable were the real-life examples, such as road cycling or developing a new pizza, which brought theoretical concepts to life. The trainer was absolutely compelling: highly knowledgeable, a clear communicator, and clearly enthusiastic about the subject. It was evident that she not only lives and breathes Scrum but also takes genuine joy in sharing her knowledge. One small area for improvement: An engaging exercise right after the lunch break on the first day would have made the transition into the afternoon a bit easier—this was also mentioned directly in the feedback by me and the other training participants. Conclusion: A training course that comes highly recommended—especially because of the fantastic trainer, who impressed us with her expertise, clarity, and enthusiasm.

I’ve taken several online training courses, and this was by far one of the best I’ve ever had. The main reason was, above all, the way Katharina presented the material—because it can quickly become too theoretical and tedious, but by cleverly weaving in real-life stories and comparisons, she broke up the tedium nicely, and it was always easy to follow what was going on. The group was great, too, since there were just a few of us, which made it easier to feel like part of the group. All in all, a fantastic training session with a fantastic trainer and a great group.

The training was great, and the trainer had a very pleasant way of facilitating discussions. I also really liked how we consistently applied the methodology to the day-to-day business situations of the various participants. My only suggestion for improvement, however, is that we very often got sidetracked into irrelevant discussions (especially SCRUM-related questions, which were completely out of place—since a few participants had apparently just heard the buzzword but had no idea how to apply it). I would have liked us to “waste” less time on that.

I really enjoyed the training, and the instructor was very friendly and professional. She was able to explain every question thoroughly. However, I found the Study Guide to be very unstructured. In my opinion, the topics are presented in a strange order and keep jumping back and forth. For example, the project context is explained on page 14, and then all five integrated elements are covered on page 18. That doesn’t make sense to me. I would start with page 18 and then explain all the aspects that follow. Additionally, I think it would be helpful if the header always included the current chapter title, so you can immediately see where you are in the document. Otherwise, I thought the training was great
