The training with Katharina was very enjoyable. She explained the training content very well and in an understandable way. Katharina responded to individual requests. I thought it was very special that we went through with the second training session even though I was the only participant. Here, too, Katharina went through all the content with me and we were able to look individually at where there was still a need. It was also very pleasant to talk to Katharina about experiences. I can only thank her again for the good training.

The online training for Scrum Master and Product Owner was really good and instructive. The teaching materials were very well prepared and visually appealing. And most importantly, our trainer, Katharina, did a great job of conveying the content! It was always interesting, very entertaining, there were lots of practical examples and always enough time for questions and discussions. What I also liked very much was that it was always interactive - the simulation on the second day was very useful and also deepened many aspects for me! For the simulation, it would have been good to have a little more time for the product backlog. Overall a 10/10 training and I am happy to recommend it!

I am thrilled. Ms. Schwenk prepared two great days. I learned a lot and the 16 hours of training went by (too) quickly. I would love to come to the Practitioner Training with Ms. Schwenk next year! The trainer conducted the training with a lot of positive energy and a high level of expertise. Questions were answered very competently and complex content was explained clearly. Her friendly and motivating manner contributed significantly to the pleasant learning atmosphere. However, the overall pace of the course was quite fast, which sometimes made it difficult to fully follow the material. A lot of content was covered in a short space of time, which put a strong focus on passing the exam. A stronger link to practical application in a business context would have made the course even more valuable.

I recently took part in a two-day online training course on PSM I & PSPO I certification preparation - compact, practical and to the point. We were a small group with only three participants, which provided plenty of room for individual questions and exchange. The training was structured in a varied way: Workbook, presentation, group exercise and discussion meshed well. The content covered all the central Scrum topics - from roles and events to artifacts - always with a strong practical focus. Particularly memorable were the real-life examples, such as riding a racing bike or developing a new pizza, which made theoretical concepts tangible. The trainer was absolutely convincing: technically very competent, communicatively clear and with noticeable genuine enthusiasm. You could tell that she not only lives Scrum, but also enjoys passing on her knowledge. One small point for improvement: an activating exercise directly after the lunch break on the first day would have made the start of the afternoon a little easier - this was also mentioned directly by me and the other training participants in the feedback. Conclusion: An absolutely recommendable training course - especially because of the great trainer, who impresses with her know-how, clarity and enthusiasm.

I've had several online trainings and this was by far one of the best I've had. The main reason was the way Katharina presented the material because it can get theoretical and tedious very quickly, but the clever inclusion of real-life stories and comparisons broke up the tedium and made it easy to follow what was going on. The group was also great as we were quite small in number which made it easier to be part of the group. All in all, a great training session with a great trainer and a good group

The training was great and the trainer was very pleasant to talk to. I also thought it was great that we repeatedly projected the methodology onto the everyday business lives of different participants. My only suggestion for improvement would be that we very often got bogged down in irrelevant discussions (especially SCRUM questions where they didn't fit at all, as some participants had probably only heard the buzzword once but had no idea how to use it). I would have liked us to "waste" less time here.

I really enjoyed the training and the trainer was also very personable and professional. She was able to explain every question sufficiently. However, I found the study guide to be very unstructured. In my opinion, the topics are presented in a strange order and always jump back and forth. For example, the project context is explained on page 14 and then all five integrated elements on page 18. That doesn't make sense to me. I would introduce page 18 first and then explain all aspects afterwards. I would also find it helpful if the header always showed the relevant chapter so that you can always see immediately where you are. Otherwise, I thought the course was great
