Thank you very much for the usual professional training and the perfect learning environment. The methodology and technology work flawlessly, and the trainer was friendly and competent. A big advantage is the opportunity to stay overnight in-house. As always, the service there was perfect. There is one small criticism. The scope of the training is too large for the time allocated. Unfortunately, this leaves no time for the important exchange of experiences among the participants, nor for in-depth questions and explanations. Four days would be a better choice.

I found the training very informative and was able to learn a lot for the P2F certification I am aiming for. Even if the technology was a bit confusing at the beginning, everything possible was tried to remedy the situation and then everything was great for 2 days! Big praise to the trainer, who kept calm despite all the initial difficulties and successfully completed the course at a brisk pace. Questions were always answered competently and in detail! I particularly liked the way the course was presented with the DigiBoard and the various colors and screenshots to go back to previous scenarios to better understand the context!

It was not just about transferring content, but about understanding the content and thus consolidating the knowledge in a practical and lasting way. Nevertheless, I would deduct one star because the workbooks unfortunately lacked the color that would simplify some of the diagrams. This is a pity for an otherwise flawless and pleasant training course.

The training itself was very good and that says it all. The certification was a disaster and in my opinion you should consider continuing with PeopleCert. The website is sluggish and very confusing. I also get a stomach ache when I have to entrust a company with my employee ID number. The worst thing, however, was the "ExamShield" software. I followed the recommendation to run the system check one hour beforehand. I missed my exam because even after 2 hours the internet connectivity test had not yet been run. The support team couldn't help me because the result wasn't available yet. If you do a little research, this doesn't seem to be an isolated case and this problem is mentioned again and again both in the App Store and on TrustPilot. All in all, I will now try to avoid this company as I can't seem to take any exams with their software. Best regards Manuel Schutzenbach

Harald Kluge did a really great job as a trainer and also comes across as a very likeable person. It never got boring (which is actually almost impossible with ITIL), the discussions were always goal-oriented and the exam preparation was good. Harald can't do anything about the exam itself, but ITIL really needs to improve and ask questions in understandable and correct German, which is a real imposition. Training room, presentation techniques, documents, catering, everything was great. I think I will continue to book with Serview and especially with Harald Kluge.

The training lasted 2 days for us and was very informative yet entertaining. However, it is difficult to write an exam at 4 pm on the second day after a full day of learning. Therefore, my suggestion for improvement would be to divide the training into three days so that you have two days to learn and on the third day you can do a few sample tasks, discuss them in detail and then write the exam.

The distances were very short and time-saving due to accommodation directly in the building. Catering during the training very good. Free drinks and snacks, lunchtime delivery service, also free. Those are the three things that come to mind when I think back to the seminar and Mr. Kluge. The subject matter and the online classroom were two big factors that had me negative from the start that the whole thing was going to be "very boring". Mr. Kluge shattered all of that with brilliance. Only a small part of humanity has such a positive aura as Mr. Kluge. He had the camera on and smiling from the first moment. He tried to involve everyone, but not to force anything, and his personal experiences that he brought in made the whole thing very personal despite the digital wall. The way he delivered the topic, as well as his general manner of expression made the whole topic very interesting and appealing. When I stayed at the end to give my opinion and criticism, he clearly accepted it with pleasure and went into detail on every detail. All in all, I was really very positively surprised by the seminar.

Actually, the course should have taken place as a face-to-face event, but because of the Corona danger, it was decided at short notice to make the course only virutell. The trainer managed this with the utmost aplomb. He took all our questions and concerns super and tried to solve them, especially regarding the organization of the online exams. However, MALC in particular is already very demanding, so I would have much preferred a classroom training, but we certainly made the best of it. The software is well suited and we still had many lively discussions. Many thanks for the really very customer-oriented improvisational art of our trainer and Serview!

Dear Serview team, I have been a customer of yours for many years and have taken several training courses up to the level of ITIL Expert. So far, I have always been satisfied. Yesterday, however, I was not so positively surprised. First the positive: - The trainer Harald K. did a very great job. - The group was very great and with 4 people pleasantly small, which would have been a super prerequisite for intensive learning sessions. The following points were not positive: - There was not the Foundation compendium (book) with it, which I should be able to expect at this price. - The exam is not directly after the course, which means additional time effort, which was not made clear in advance. - The translations in the workbook are often misleading or misunderstood. I also gave these comments to the trainer. - The training room in the Hotel Gloria (winter garden) was a pure imposition. It is not surprising that at this time of year, temperatures can exceed 30° C. To choose a room that has neither air conditioning, good ventilation and shading and is used as a passage room for the other guests is a pure absurdity. One should effectively and efficiently absorb a high density of information, which unfortunately was only possible to a very limited extent in these conditions. Due to these circumstances, yesterday was unnecessarily more exhausting. From the afternoon on, everyone clearly noticed the effects of the temperatures. Please plan a little better in the future and include the books again as part of the training materials, this amount does not need to be rationalized away in the budget in my eyes. Service Strategy, the start of a 2.5 day long haul flight with Captain Harald. K in perfect weather was very pleasant. The flight altitude was over 10,000 meters and the visibility was trouble-free. The pleasant flight was not prolonged by the good entertainment program. The landing was successful with slight turbulence and was finished safely on the ground. Next flight is already planned :-)

The content was taught well and clearly. The teaching method with the workbook is really very good and you can also learn well and memorize things much better. I was completely unfamiliar with project management beforehand, so everything was completely new territory for me. However, the didactic implementation is extremely poor. For the Foundation as well as for the Practitioner, you are taught completely new content on the day of the exam, which is then directly queried 30 minutes later in the exam. Regardless of the subject matter or topic, this type of knowledge transfer and retention is never appropriate. With the Practitioner, where it is a matter of understanding and applying, this point is even more serious, even more so with regard to the fact that one needs this certification for official use and with a failure possibly professional and career-technical disadvantages can arise. Even if the success figures (at least for the Foundation with 95%) speak for themselves, this cannot be a yardstick for maintaining this constellation of training and examination. The lecturer was consistently friendly, competent and concerned about his students. However, he was less responsive to questions. These were cut off if not understood on the second attempt and declared answered. For me, the explanatory behavior and the effort to impart knowledge and the confirmation that the knowledge has also arrived, was too terse and optional.

The topic was very complex, in my opinion too complex for 2 days. After the first day or 9 hours of training, I learned 2.5 hours at home in the evening. The trainer had recommended this on the basis of some exercise templates, and that was also really important! I can only recommend this to everyone who wants to attend this course. The trainer Harald K. was really very good. He illustrated the extensive material extremely pictorially. He answered every question, no matter how small, and guided the participant to the answer through understandable explanations and sometimes entertaining everyday examples. I have attended many trainings, but Harald K. has surpassed all trainers so far in his way of getting to the point and explaining things. He makes you want to learn more about the subject, is motivating and very positive towards every question and problem. That he has concentrated professional competence, he has demonstrably proven. Furthermore, he understands how to take the pressure of exams away and notices immediately when he has to bring someone back in the course because they have just (once again) lost themselves in the learning mass. The workbook principle (including the color principle) was something I had never heard of before. I personally liked it very much. You participate, it is entertaining and helps enormously, because you are close to the topic and are not rocked to sleep by dull PowerPoint slides. Serview in Bad Homburg has a very pleasant atmosphere, you are well looked after and hardly any wish remains unfulfilled. I'll be back, I'll do my next training at Serview. I have to give this course high praise. At least as far as the theory is concerned. It remains to be seen to what extent what has been learned can be put into practice. But the goal of the course is clearly theoretical process modeling approaches. The course location was very modern and the catering during the breaks and the lunch buffet was excellent. The course instructor conveyed the ITIL basics with a lot of competence and clarified the content with many metaphors. There was also a lot of fun, which made the course much more lively. Time-wise, the content is pretty tightly packed. You could either schedule more time or compress the material a bit, as I could only absorb the material poorly or not at all in the afternoon.

Two days course is clearly too little for the content, hence the 4 stars. There was not enough time to really go through all the content and to extend the examples to areas of experience of the course participants - ultimately one of the great advantages of classroom training. The trainer clarified the topic, which has a lot of theoretical terminology - but is nevertheless practical and product-oriented, very well and in my opinion conveyed the essential and most pithy content of PRINCE2. The test was extensive and difficult. Fortunately, the target rate (50%) is not that high. Interesting were the differences to the project management in our company, which wants to follow PRINCE2, but also to the project management of my former employers. Therefore, the correlations were partly not simple and confusing. I would like to participate in an intensification on this topic. I consider the PRINCE2 approach to be very good in practice.

In the context of my seminar "RESILIA Foundation" I was not only convinced by the stay in a really pleasant and upscale learning atmosphere (room, massage chair, etc.). Far beyond my expectations was the fact that the lecturer, in coordination with me, extended the framework learning time in such a way that by the time the exam began, the necessary understanding of the subject matter was available and the exam could be approached with a clear conscience. Mr. Kluge managed to make a rather dry and tough topic fun to study. I can also recommend Serview to those who may not be that deep in the subject matter (ITIL, English skills, etc.).
