Even though the practical exercise is included in the Prince2 Agile Practioner advanced seminar, I would have liked to have seen practical examples that clearly explain the theory. The workbook would be clearer if it were printed in color, and different colored pens would also be helpful for taking notes. Colored pencils would also be helpful for the notes, so that at the end all the documents are as clear as they were presented on the seminar leader's slides. Alternatively, the slides could be made available in PDF format at the end of the training.

Von vornherein wurde die Struktur und die geplanten Pausen kommuniziert, sodass man sich gut darauf einstellen konnte. Inhaltlich was der erste Tag über Scrum eine gute Wiederholung für mich, am zweiten Tag kam dann Neues dazu, wie Kanban und SAFe, worüber ich einen guten Überblick bekommen habe. Das einzige: Ich glaube beim Thema Design Thinking hilft es wirklich, diese Technik praktisch an einem Beispiel auszuprobieren - was in einem Online-Workshop selbstverständlich schwierig ist. Auch das Kursmaterial zum Ausfüllen und Mitschreiben empfand ich als sehr hilfreich. Alles in allem bin ich sehr zufrieden und bedanke mich für die Schulung!

Thomas gave an excellent overview training on the topic of Agile Foundations! The presentation was professional, yet relaxed and humorous. The mix of lecture and interaction - including the workbook to be completed - was just right. The slides were also very professional yet relaxed and they were perfectly aligned with the workbook. The topics of Design Thinking and Kanban were perhaps a bit buzzword-heavy, which is certainly also due to the abstract topics, but perhaps an accompanying example could have been added, e.g. the application in a specific project. As a beginner and newcomer to the topic of Agile and Scrum, I felt very comfortable with the trainer and the content and I was picked up well everywhere. The concept, consisting of listening, active participation/questions and a semi-finished script, which is filled out directly, has great added value. It was a pity for me as a left-hander, because the objection is quite thick, I often had difficulties writing. I will definitely attend another training course there.

The three-day event I attended online was held in a hybrid environment, i.e. also with in-person participants. What I found a little strange at first turned out to be very good - the technology is great (according to the lecturer, there are 60 microphones in the room, so you can understand everything that is said in the room very well) and the lecturer is excellent at involving both "sides" and always initiating conversations with everyone. The training content is very well prepared and the time slots fit perfectly with the given workload. Thomas Marenich is a professional, knows his content and guides you through the material with confidence, responding excellently to the individual participants.

My initial skepticism about online seminars was quickly dispelled. The trainer conveyed the content in a very well adapted and calm manner. In my opinion, an online seminar even has the advantage that I can note down my own aspects and additional explanations in the handout and not just the pure content and keywords. The handouts presented and completed by the trainer could be conveniently saved via screenshot and now I can summarize everything well. This would not have been possible in a face-to-face training course (without pre-filled handouts). As a result, I was always able to follow the trainer's words without being distracted by paperwork and the pressure of 'you've got it all, come on'.

I found the training to be very professionally structured. It was emphasized that they were trying to address all learning types (through lectures by the trainer, graphics for visual learners and transcripts, etc.). I can confirm this. I personally learn very well through visuals and handwritten notes, so I was always taking notes on paper during the online/live training. I feel well prepared for the exam as we were provided with a lot of materials and the trainer is even available for queries. Personally, I find long learning intervals, such as the full three days in this case, to be fundamentally difficult and not optimal, as shorter intervals give you more time to let what you've learned sink in. However, the three days went by faster than expected and were not as exhausting as expected. On the one hand, this is due to the structured structure of the training (the red thread helped me to better understand contexts), but especially the trainer contributed to this: On the one hand, he was always motivated and a likeable person; there were by no means monotonous lectures, but I was able to follow the sentences well through skillful delivery. In addition, references to practice as well as examples were often used, which further consolidated the knowledge. Overall, I am very satisfied with the training and can only recommend it.

Overall, I enjoyed the training and was very satisfied with the trainer, the organization, and the working materials. However, I would have liked more and real examples from practice, instead of mainly practice examples that prepare for the exam. One didactic improvement I would like to see would be to ask questions of the audience on points that are difficult and require thought, instead of fishing for (supposedly) obvious answers to easy questions. The engagement this creates is superficial, waiting for someone to take the pity to say something that everyone knows so that it can go on, with greater risk of embarrassing oneself because of the trivial answer. It is better to ask difficult questions that make everyone think and to which one can give answers that one is not sure about without having to be ashamed.

I did the PRINCE2 Agile Foundation as well as the PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner one right after the other, so in 5 days consecutively. The instructor Thomas M. was great and answered all my questions. Definitely recommendable! He knew PRINCE2 very well and could answer (almost) all questions right away. Very good instructor! In terms of content, I find the training more theoretical in nature, I was missing the practical applicability and more examples from practice. I learned a lot of great theories, what I can/should do with it in my professional life, I am still very unsure. The "material" is very extensive and demanding, so this training is not something that you can do on the side ... and in parallel vllt still business mails etc.! 100% focus, otherwise you are quickly "out. The documents are very well prepared, the matching book also. But it is all very much to learn by heart. I am not a friend of learning by heart. I'm currently wondering whether it's possible to implement everything in practice. Basically, certainly many good ideas, but whether I can implement / use it in normal real professional life, is questionable. Especially if you don't work in an agile young start-up, but in a traditional older company with a long history and many employees who have been with the company for a very long time. In terms of content, videos and more practical examples would certainly have helped the understanding. I also find the material too much for this short time. You have 1 year for the exams (from the course), but it is recommended that you do them soon after the course, before the knowledge is diluted again. Many thanks to the lecturer Thomas M., who has brought the (for me very theoretical and dry) content very well. Compared with my other completed training courses, I found this one very extensive, demanding and difficult.

Very pleasant trainer with a good concept that also prepares well for the exam. The first morning could be designed a bit crispy, so that you have more time out the back ;) But that's just a small thing.
