It was totally worth doing the training. Mr. Imm based the topics on the previous training and conveyed them very well. The practical relevance that was built up to the theoretical content was also tangible and made everything even more understandable. Mr. Imm always responded to the needs of the participants and acted in a solution-oriented manner. Conclusion: Training was worthwhile, super trainer, definite recommendation. Thank you. Feedback to the organization: As a participant, I was not aware that this was a hybrid event. I expected to meet more participants (I was the only one on site) to exchange information about the training and to expand my network. This is only possible to a limited extent in a hybrid event (or online). Therefore, I was partially disappointed. I also don't think it's right that the training materials are not made available digitally for participants - I'd like them in paper form for the event on site, but I'd also like them digitally for learning later.Great course Great trainer Great service 06.04.2022

About the location: The Serview building is an attractive modern building. Absolutely top class, in addition to the massage chairs, the X-Box, etc. is the constant supply of food such as coffee, gummy bears, pizza slices. about the trainer: Friendly, professional trainer who responds to topics of the participants and incorporates them into examples. about the training: (only minus point) The content of the course seems unstructured at the beginning, so that it was difficult to see the connections. The whole thing only changed towards the end of the first day of training, when the connections were explicitly explained again. After that, it was clear why it was so unstructured at the beginning. All in all, a very good 4 out of 5 stars.

I enjoyed the Prince 2 training very much. The 2 days were very entertaining. With Mr. Imm, you can tell that he likes the subject and knows it in his sleep, so that we got our questions answered on all topics during the course. The material was illustrated on the basis of simple practical examples. The training materials handed out were clear and contained all the information you need for the certification. I found working in the workbook very pleasant with other providers, as content sticks better. The conference hotel was okay, but not outstanding.

First of all, food and beverage supply was super. A lot of distraction besides the training was possible. Unfortunately, there was a change of trainer in the course. The first trainer has brought the topic well close and was rhetorically good. Unfortunately, some of the flipcharts were too small for the room and therefore very difficult to read. Due to the change of trainer, there were again some contradictory statements on my practice day. The practice day in particular provided a much better insight into the subject matter, as it not only dealt with the "what" but also with the "how". I would recommend this practical day to every participant of the Foundation.

In my opinion, the practice questions and answers could have been dealt with in more detail. I would not cover the central CS process on the last day of the training and exam. In my opinion, it was dealt with too briefly and should have been brought forward. Although the topic sounds relatively dry, the content was taught by Mr. Imm very exciting and practical with many simple examples. The workload was just right to work through the necessary material in 3 days. The organization of the training and the training content were very good. The trainer was able to convey the content well and also provide practical examples. I would have liked a generally higher lecture tempo. There was not enough time in between to go through questions and prepare for the exam. Taking notes of all the content initially took some getting used to, but in the end proved to be a good way to memorize the content better. The training was accompanied by two trainers. Ms. Handwerk and Mr. Imm. The training was quite demanding, but was very competently led and the numerous examples have the methodology of PRINCE 2 very clearly presented. Ms. Handwerk and Mr. Imm answered every question in a detailed and understandable way and also contributed a few valuable tips & tricks for the exam. One was actively involved in the training and quickly developed a feeling for PRINCE 2. The tools and books provided were of course very helpful. The interactive group workshops held helped one to get to know the books, PRINCE 2 and of course the training participants. The environment was very pleasant. Several strategically placed coffee machines, as well as plenty of fruit, candy bars, and a constant supply of all sorts of tasty snacks, actively supported the learning process. But that was also necessary, because the Foundation and Practitioner courses are demanding and you can't get around dedicating yourself to the subject in the evening. From 0 to 100 in just 5 days - that's what this course promised and ultimately delivered. Starting with 2 days of vocabulary learning with a final Foundation exam, group work and exam preparation. At the end you could understand and apply the question pattern very well. The all-round carefree feeling at the SerView headquarters in terms of food and drink was, as always, excellent. With the other participants in the course, we were a nice bunch and had a lot of fun as well as a lot of material. That's how a training course should be. During the training, the contents were conveyed quickly and interestingly thanks to the work with the workbook. Mr. Imm also responded to the questions and comments of the learning group at any time and was also able to underline what he had learned with pictures at any time due to his enormous practical knowledge. PRINCE2 offers a good standard for project management and assigns clear structures regarding responsibilities and management products and tools as well as the assignment of these to the processes of a project. Despite the generic approach, PRINCE2 supports the transfer of the content into practice through a clear delineation of the processes or phases. The content is covered completely in the Foundation, but only superficially. You get a rough overview of the phases and processes of PRINCE2 as well as existing responsibilities and management products, but these topics are only explained in detail with the Practitioner and worked through with case studies. Mr. Oliver Imm led the course very well. He responded to all questions and comments and always made the connection to practice. Dear Serview Team, from 22.10.2012 - 24.-10.2012 I was a participant in a Prince2 training at Serview in Bad Homburg. About my background: without any project management knowledge, I worked in 2011 on an IT project in Switzerland as a sub-project manager for communication management. I found the Prince2 training, which I have now completed - almost a year after my first PM experience - great not only because of the fact that I passed it: I liked it very much because Mr. Imm used practical examples to illustrate the many theoretical principles well. I also had the feeling that I could address my questions to him without hesitation. I also used the time during the breaks and lunch breaks to ask him a few detailed questions, all of which he answered patiently and conscientiously. With his calm and humorous manner he also took away the exam anxiety from all of us: I went into the exam relatively relaxed, knowing that - no matter if I pass it or not - I will take a lot with me from these 3 days: on the one hand the understanding of the Prince2 context of my last year's project, on the other hand the desire to integrate many of the Prince2 points into my current work as a project manager. The teaching of the seminar content is very appealing and above all effective. Different channels of knowledge absorption are addressed (visual, auditory, kinesthetic) and through the dialogs the knowledge can be deepened at any time. The lecturer was always able to give appropriate examples. I found it very positive that the almost usual Power Point slides were dispensed with, but instead the prepared sheets were filled in on the flipchart in the course of the lesson. Even though he has probably taught these courses a few times before, I never had the feeling that he was going to get this over with in the form of a serial job. He took his time and was convincing with his lively and upbeat manner. I would gladly do further training courses with him again or at least with Serview again.Time very well invested 12.09.2012

The expectations of this training and the associated exam were relatively low from my side. I was prepared for a lot of "dry" theory and really only had the goal of passing the exam. Fortunately, these "expectations" were not met. The trainer (Mr. Imm) understood very well to convey the theory objectively and above all understandably. I must say that these 3 days were very well invested time, especially since we as a company want to increasingly use the ITIL processes and therefore a basic understanding is absolutely necessary. I myself have been working in IT for over 15 years, for a long time as a project manager, and have gotten to know many companies. I was amazed to find that much of what I have developed as "best practice" over the years is an integral part of ITIL and was reflected in the seminar. The preparation by the trainer for the exam was optimal. Of course, a minimum of willingness to learn was necessary on my part. However, this was reduced to about 2 hours on the evening before the exam, which clearly shows me that understanding the subject matter is very important for passing the exam. In this respect, I would like to give an absolutely positive feedback on the 3 days of training and thank the trainer Mr. Imm in particular.I see no need for improvement 12.09.2012

I would like to thank Mr. Imm very much. With his excellent didactic style, he made it possible for me to understand ITIL in its basic contexts and thus now apply it to my work. The fact that, in addition, ALL participants of the course have the certificate in their hands is a particularly good and joyful circumstance. All the best for Mr. Imm. I see no need for improvement.
