- Registration and Availability: Group tickets are available in limited quantities. Booking early ensures you get the best rates and guarantees availability for your team.
- Ticket Combinations: Group tickets can be created from the following ticket categories: “Summit Token 1” and “Summit Token 2.” However, the “Expo Token” category with “Summit Token 1” or “Summit Token 2” is not possible.
- Discount Policy: The discounts listed apply exclusively to group tickets and cannot be combined with other special offers.
- Payment Terms: Payment for group tickets is made in a single lump sum. Individual invoices for group members are generally not available. Please contact us directly regarding any exceptions.
- On-site Participant Registration: Each team member must check in in person on the day of the event. Registration by the group leader on behalf of the entire group is not sufficient.
