I was really pleasantly surprised - the ITIL training was anything but dry. The trainer conveyed the content very clearly and with a lot of practical relevance. The breaks and catering were also very well organized - I will gladly attend the next training course with Serview again.

My husband attended an ITIL seminar here and was very satisfied overall. The trainer was capable. The accommodation on site was appealing and the tasting by Serview was very good. Everyone was very friendly and the facility itself, would be wonderful for team training as well. The common areas are very stylishly decorated and invite you to linger.

Excellent ITIL 4 Monitor, Support & Fulfil (MSF) training at SERVIEW The ITIL 4 MSF training at SERVIEW was excellent in every respect. Both the organization and the content of the training exceeded my expectations. SERVIEW's high level of service understanding, which was reflected not only in the training itself but also in the excellent accommodation at the SERVIEW hotel, deserves special mention. Our trainer, Christian Lehmann, conducted the hybrid training (online/presence) very well. He conveyed the content very clearly, responded specifically to questions and feedback and created a motivating learning atmosphere. His professional and committed manner contributed significantly to the learning success. Personally, I have once again found that face-to-face training offers me the greatest added value. The valuable discussions alongside the training and the direct exchange with other participants can hardly be replaced in a purely online training course. With its well thought-out training concept, excellent service and comfortable accommodation in the SERVIEW Hotel, SERVIEW has created an all-round successful overall package. 3 days ISTQB online with Alex and Andrea, very informative and efficient! 2 days RE@agile on site with Arne, well explained and very good examples. The boarding house is clean and the rooms very good. Catering top!
