We really enjoyed the training. The day was entertaining and informative. The structure of the course gave me some real eye-opening insights that I hadn't expected beforehand. Alex came into the room with an incredibly positive and motivating energy, especially for a Monday. He fit in very well with our relaxed group and was hardly perceived as an "outsider." He was quick to respond to questions in a solution-oriented manner and was able to explain everything very well. If I had known how good the day would be, I would have gotten out of bed more motivated this morning :D We can wholeheartedly recommend the simulation, especially with Alex.

The online description said that it was intended for testers and only in a subordinate clause did it say that application developers could also make good use of it. He skillfully integrated the participants virtually into the on-site event and always ensured a positive atmosphere. Although the breakfast was a little on the small side, it was more than compensated for by the extensive catering during the training. The course itself is very modern and varied. It is nice that the individual units are designed in small units so that it does not become too lengthy. The control of the training software is very well done. At the end of the chapters there are learning tasks in which you can test what you have just learned using multiple choice. However, the questions are sometimes awkwardly worded so that it is not always clear what is actually being asked. It would also be desirable if more participation were possible during the training units, so that you don't just have to listen passively for hours, but can deepen your knowledge by actively participating. It would also be nice to be able to control the speed of the spoken word, so that you can, for example, let the language flow more quickly during topics.

The training was very useful, I feel well prepared for the exam and everyday life. Alex has a lot of knowledge and knows what he's talking about, which I think is really important. Unfortunately, we were prepared for the wrong exam during the training (People cert vs. Scrum.org, the exams are similar but not identical) and I didn't realize that the exam is in English and the course is in German. I think the course description and internal communication between the trainer and the organization should be better. I also think it's a shame that the live presentation materials can't be shared. You have the workbook, but if you haven't written down any information, you can't access the "live" materials that were developed with the trainer. But that's not Alex's fault, it seems to be a general philosophy. However, Alex has offered that we can contact him at any time by e-mail or WhatsApp, which is very nice and not a matter of course.

In my opinion, Serview's online training provides a very good overview of the broad field of IT service management and helps to understand the relevant topics and terms in context. Since I deal with almost all of these topics in my daily work, I was able to establish the necessary practical reference quite well for the most part. However, I would have found an additional illustration of the theory using a consistent example helpful, even if this would have made the training even more extensive.

Alexander is an excellent trainer for the ITIL4 Foundation course. He was very engaged with the participants and encouraged discussions among us. He also provided a lot of practical examples wherever needed to deepen understanding of the theoretical, often abstract concepts. The theory of Scrum is taught by a trainer and a well prepared script. In between there are field reports from the Scrum everyday life and quizzes as well as some exercises. Many best practices are touched upon and useful links are also shared. The training was worthwhile for me.
