Thank you very much, Andrea, for the great training! It was very entertaining, fun, and I learned a lot. I was also pleasantly surprised by the hybrid format, which worked very well from my perspective and did not disrupt the training (which, in my opinion, is often the case). The frequent breaks, repetitions, and practical focus were very well suited, as were the questions posed to the participants. I have no complaints :)

I was able to take part in the ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation training course held by Andrea for three days. She managed to prepare the content in an exciting way and conveyed it perfectly. She also mastered the balancing act between online and face-to-face participants in such a way that a very good interaction was created. I feel very well prepared for the exam by Andrea and will be happy to devote myself to further studies in test management. Keep up the good work!

This is a very complex topic for me as I am a career changer in IT governance and am not yet familiar with the frameworks. Therefore, I understood what COBIT 2019 is and what you can do with it, but I couldn't apply it in practice. The trainer Andrea was great and tried to explain it simply. Maybe sometimes too simple because the leap from very simplified examples to practice is then difficult to understand. Nevertheless, I would attend a seminar with Andrea again at any time. Despite the online training, she was able to keep me involved at all times and the time passed very quickly. I would still like to receive a certificate of participation by e-mail.

I particularly liked the fact that both theoretical basics and many practical examples were covered. I got a lot out of the training. Andrea did an excellent job of integrating me into the sessions, even though I was the only online participant (the rest of the participants were on site). There were enough breaks to stay focused throughout the training. The training is very practice-oriented. However, the training alone is not enough if you want to take the exam. You should plan a few days of study time beforehand.

Our professionally heterogeneous group consisted of experienced colleagues who were somewhat underchallenged on the first day. It cannot be ruled out that the participants did not understand the offer to set up the training in a relaxed manner due to the high pace of their everyday lives. Together with the trainer, we agreed on the second day to have each participant in the small group present a use case. The joint work, the disclosure of pain points and the excellent coaching by the trainer created an exceptional learning atmosphere. We are currently setting up a cross-divisional follow-up format because we want to maintain the added value of the training on an ongoing basis. All in all, the on-site meeting was ideal as a package of joint breaks, brainstorming and silly phases in between!

I have taken a lot of classes and I have even taught a lot of classes myself. Andrea did a fantastic job! She kept the class serious, but also light at the same time. She engaged the class with feedback, encouraging our questions, and always making sure we understood the topic. She interjected humor and used our own personal examples to help us understand the concepts better. Her English was very easy to understand. She provided breaks at decent intervals. At the start of the class she asked us all what we expected from the class. At the end of the class she asked if we got what we expected. She always summrized the previous day at the start of the next day. Great class, even better instructor!!!! I honestly wish every class I take could be taught by Andrea.

I would have found it good if the two ISACA basic brochures (COBIT Introduction/Methology and 40 Objectives) had been printed out and included in the documentation. (This was then again the hair in the otherwise excellent soup ...)

I am very convinced of the trainer Andrea K., who managed to take me along in terms of content, to respond to me, to take into account my learning speed (of course also that of the group!). In my case, this is not easy and most trainers tend not to succeed. Andrea K., however, did. This was a tight program, through which Andrea K. led us confidently and entertainingly - with time for questions, group work, solving and discussing sample exam questions and, of course, the exam at the end. Serview knows how to make its guests feel welcome and comfortable. From coffee and cold drinks to chocolate bars and ice cream, everything a training participant might need is available. I felt very comfortable in the hotel's own room. Here, too, service is a top priority. The selection at the breakfast buffet and the water pressure at the shower will definitely be even better on my next visit.

The goal is to pass the exam. For this, a lot has to be pressed into the head filled with other things during the three days. Axekos makes specifications and provides guidelines that are cumbersome to handle. 1. I find Serview's approach with workbooks good, only structure is still missing. The direct reference to the manual with concrete references to chapters and or diagrams. Why? Everything has to be memorized in the shortest possible time for the exam day. 2. only the guidelines are permitted for the exam, i.e. the book should be incorporated into the training in terms of concrete handling.

The 3-day ITIL Foundation training was very entertaining and characterized by a relaxed atmosphere. Nevertheless, the knowledge transfer never came too short. Due to the almost workshop-like character, arising questions could be answered quickly and reliably at any time - not least because of this, boredom never arose and the time almost flew by. At least for me, I never once looked at my watch and said "How much longer is it going to take? -yawn." Even though AK kept emphasizing that she is not actually an IT person, she had enough examples at hand to convey the knowledge vividly. And I've met other people who considered themselves IT people who didn't have that expertise - so I'd rather recommend AK not emphasize that fact over and over again. All in all, it was not wasted time for me, but a successful seminar that I will definitely recommend here in our company.

First of all, I am disappointed with the rating option. In all the other trainings I've had so far, you had to rate different criteria of the training individually. This also makes sense to see what was good and where you can improve. With such an open-ended evaluation, how do you expect to safely identify areas for improvement? It was also disappointing that the scanner failed yesterday and we only received the result 2h later. To convey the extensive training content in 3 days is also not goal-oriented. As a participant, you can't really take anything with you. The content was taught too quickly and without depth. Thus, the course only served to obtain the certification for the employee of the company Interxion. The trainer conveyed the dry knowledge in the best possible way and tried to get our attention with anecdotes. She gets 5 stars from me. Because of the other shortcomings, I can only give 2 stars.

The extensive subject area was conveyed by Ms. Kremer in a very good way! Due to the composition of the course with participants from different IT organizations, practical approaches could be brought in well and thus at least partially a reference to the daily business could be established, even if these do not necessarily correspond to the theoretical ITIL specifications. The structure and handling of the workbook as well as working through the topics together helps very well to gain a general understanding of the topics. Generally good preparation and organization of the entire seminar incl. review exercises and teamwork as well as the final exam. Suggestion for improvement: in order to achieve an even better learning success, it would be very helpful if the participants could find out afterwards in which specific questions (and thus topics) mistakes were made and thus there is a need for learning / understanding. Keep it up.....

We conducted the three-day ITIL Foundation course in-house in a larger group, including the exam. Andrea taught us the rather theoretical and dry topic in a lively manner. The amount of information is quite high, and perhaps a bit too little for three days. Nevertheless, everyone passed the exam. A big log goes to the creators of the seminar documents. In other courses, you are constantly leafing through and searching for which page in the documents matches the PowerPoint slide. Ingenious here were the prefabricated flipcharts with indication of the page number, which then corresponded exactly to the images in the document. By entering the terms in the documents, one stayed awake ;-) and on the topic. Andrea also managed to make the dry subject very clear with her relaxed and friendly manner. She prepared us optimally for the exam, so that in the end all participants passed! Thank you very much and we will be happy to come back.

Two ITIL Intermediate training courses in one week are already a tough nut to crack. The topic itself is dry enough. Andrea managed not only to bring all participants safely through the two exams - no it was really fun, so that after a week with the other participants was almost sad that it was over. The content was garnished with many vivid examples and open questions were clarified immediately. Overall, the didactic preparation through the workbook principle and the mediation by Andrea was efficient and effective or in ITIL speak the service corresponded in Utility and Warranty exactly to the requirements. Who still doubts now: all have passed and I have passed both exams with 100%. That speaks for itself! A big praise to Andrea. Thank you very much. We will see each other again.

The ITIL FOUNDATION course was the first course I took as a participant at the company SERVIEW. The trainer, Ms. Andrea Schmidt, did an outstanding job representing her company. ITIL Foundation is a bit like learning vocabulary, especially for someone like me who comes from the project world and not from IT service. Therefore, I always had to "rethink" a bit. Ms. Schmidt had the ability to explain the individual processes very clearly, so that "learning" turned into "understanding". My congratulations to Serview for having such a trainer. She also did an excellent job preparing me for the certificate exam. Aside from the training itself, the organizational support from the SERVIEW team was excellent. After this reference experience, I would definitely turn to SERVIEW again for appropriate training courses.

However, the complexity of the material remains and you are initially quite overwhelmed by the variety of terms. With increasing duration, however, this is put into perspective. ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level Training (online). At first, I thought the instructor was a bit over the top in terms of energy level. Over the course of the three training days, however, this turned out to be just right because it helped us get through some of the more tedious material. The training and the materials were well-structured and easy to understand. The materials prepare you well for the exam. The process of registering for the exam through Pearson VUE was also clearly explained to us, so that after completing the training, you can confidently proceed with registration and exam preparation. I would book a training course here again anytime.

Although ITIL has become an integral part of today's business world, it is still a very dry and abstract topic overall. Our Serview trainer Kim managed to present the topic in a clear and entertaining way and to engage everyone in a group with diverse backgrounds and levels of knowledge.
