He explained even the more complex topics in a way that was easy to follow and always took the time to answer questions in detail. This allowed me to follow and understand all the material very well. Particularly noteworthy are his technical expertise, his engaging teaching style, and his dedication throughout the entire training. Thanks to his support, I felt thoroughly prepared for the exam. The staff—they know what they’re doing. Modern rooms Great food, treats, ice cream—everything you could want. Arne knows how to make a dry subject come alive in a lively and colorful way. Using practical examples that everyone can understand. Okay, the equipment mentioned in the examples is, for some people—like me—total nonsense :) If needed or desired, I’d attend a training session there again anytime.

The ITIL V5 Foundation training course was very interesting and well-structured, but there was a lot of material to cover in just two days. I found the workbook very helpful for reviewing the content. What I didn’t like was that the exam and exam preparation materials aren’t yet available in German, so we received the English version instead of being given the option to have the German materials provided later.

Overall, it was a very well-structured and interesting training session. The various areas of requirements engineering were presented in a clear and well-integrated manner. In addition, the trainer’s many practical examples effectively complemented the theoretical knowledge and made the topics more tangible. The workbook was also a very helpful tool for focusing on the relevant content and taking notes. Thanks to regular breaks and exercises, the online format of the training was manageable and not too tiring. My only two suggestions for improvement would be, first, to integrate group exercises into the training to encourage more interaction among the participants. Second, where possible, give participants the chance to work through the material using their own insights, rather than having the trainer simply present all the content. This would help the training content stick in their minds more effectively, and there would be less pressure to rush to write everything down in the workbook. Overall, though, thank you for a great training session!

Arne did a great job of explaining the dry material and enriched it with memorable examples. It was really fun. The group size was also ideal. The workbook is very good, and Arne’s tips on bloggers are even better. The 320 practice questions were also helpful for getting used to the “logic” of the original American test questions. Somehow, though, I felt that the PO part was a little neglected. But all in all, it was a very good experience that will have me returning to Serview. P.S.: I’m now a certified PO and Scrum Master, too.

Mr. Wollenhaupt led the ITIL Foundation in-person training over the past two days. Despite the hybrid format, Mr. Wollenhaupt did an excellent job of giving all participants roughly equal attention. The course was very well structured. The breaks were well-timed and strategically placed in relation to the course content. Several quizzes administered after the completion of each topic block served as useful additions to the course. The results of these quizzes were discussed openly. Incorrect answers were used in a positive and engaging way as part of the learning process. The ITIL Foundation course covers a topic that is often perceived as “dry.” Mr. Wollenhaupt did an excellent job of presenting ITIL in an interesting and engaging way. I didn’t experience the rapid fatigue I had expected, which had a positive effect on my learning. Thank you, Arne, for this very successful course.

Scrum Master In-Person Training: A very well-prepared course with excellent handouts, yet it wasn’t just a boring recitation of material. I liked how the trainer, Arne, was able to keep the audience engaged throughout (with the help of short stories and anecdotes) while still staying focused on the objectives. I was very pleasantly surprised. It was also excellent preparation for the exam.

The entire training program—including the course materials, organization, and, of course, the trainer, Arne Wollenhaupt—was a prime example of competent, effective training. Arne Wollenhaupt is extremely knowledgeable about the subject matter; he can answer any question thoroughly and is happy to do so multiple times if it wasn’t understood the first time. In general, theories and concepts were always illustrated with relatable examples from everyday life, as well as from film and television, for instance, so that participants always had a clear picture in mind and the whole experience was given a certain charm. The course materials were tailored to the flip charts used by the trainer and could thus be efficiently integrated. I would particularly like to highlight Arne Wollenhaupt’s keen sense of when to be an entertaining lecturer and when to be an inquisitive teacher. I found the balance between the content presented and explained in a monologue and, in relation to that, the number of questions posed to the group to be just right. Arne Wollenhaupt’s professional expertise, combined with his personal and approachable manner, made the three-day training course an engaging experience for me—despite the sheer volume of information. Thanks to this and the training materials organized by Serview, I felt fully prepared for the certification exams by the end of the course. Thank you, and I’d love to do it again!

The training was very intensive (2 days), yet the trainer did an excellent job of covering the most important aspects of the Scrum Guide using many practical examples. All of the participants’ questions were answered competently. I would definitely recommend it :-)
