Overall, a very well prepared and interesting training course. The individual areas of requirements engineering were presented in an understandable and well-connected way. In addition, the trainer's many practical examples complemented the theoretical knowledge well and made the topics more tangible. The workbook was also a very helpful method for focusing on the relevant content and writing it down. Thanks to regular breaks and exercises, the online format of the training was also easy to do and not too tiring. My only two suggestions for improvement would be to integrate group exercises into the training in order to create more exchange between the participants. Secondly, where possible, give the participants the chance to develop content through their own insights instead of being told all the content by the trainer. This would make the content of the training more memorable and reduce the focus on writing everything down in the workbook as quickly as possible. But all in all, thank you for a great training course!

Arne did a great job of conveying the boring material and enriched it with memorable examples. It was really fun. The size of the group was also ideal. The workbook is very good, Arne's tips on bloggers even better. The 320 practice questions were also helpful to get used to the "logic" of the original American questions. Somehow I had the feeling that the PO part was a bit too short. But all in all it was a very good experience that will make me return to Serview. PS: I am now also a certified PO and Scrum Master.

Mr. Wollenhaupt has conducted the ITIL Foundation presence training over the past two days. Despite the hybrid course, Mr. Wollenhaupt succeeded in giving all participants roughly the same amount of attention. The course was very well structured. The break time was well measured and thematically well placed. Several quizzes at the end of a topic block were useful additions to the course. The results of these quizzes were discussed openly. Incorrect answers were pleasantly used as a positive element of the learning process. The ITIL Foundation course deals with a topic that is often perceived as "dry". Mr. Wollenhaupt did a very good job of presenting ITIL in an interesting and exciting way. The rapid fatigue I expected did not set in, which had a positive effect on learning. The entire training, including the teaching material, organization and, of course, the trainer Arne Wollenhaupt, was a prime example of competent, effective training. Arne Wollenhaupt is very familiar with the subject matter, can answer every question satisfactorily and is happy to do so several times if it was not understood the first time. In general, theories & constructs were always used with handy examples from everyday life, but also e.g. from film & TV, so that you always had an exact picture in front of your eyes and the whole thing was also given a certain charm. The teaching material was adapted to the flipcharts used by the trainer and could therefore be integrated efficiently. I would particularly like to emphasize Arne Wollenhaupt's fine sense of when to be the sole entertaining lecturer and when to be the questioning teacher. The amount of content that was presented and explained in a monologue and, in relation to that, the amount of questions that were asked in the round, I found to be just right. Arne Wollennhaupt's technical expertise, but also his personal, likeable manner, made the 3-day training an entertaining experience for me - despite the amount of input. Thanks to this and the teaching material organized by Serview, I felt optimally prepared for the certification exams after the last day. Thank you and gladly again!

Das Training war sehr kompakt (2 Tage), dennoch konnte der Trainer die wichtigsten Aspekte aus dem Scrum Guide mit vielen Praxisbeispielen sehr gut vermitteln. Alle Fragen der Teilnehmer wurden kompetent beantwortet. Auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen:-)
