Excellent training with a very flexible instructor September 1, 2026

I had a really great online training course with SERVIEW. I’d especially like to highlight the instructor, who was incredibly flexible and always took the time to address individual requests and questions. The material was explained in a very clear and practical way, so it was easy to follow the lessons at all times. Even when I had additional questions, the trainer took the time to explain everything in detail. Overall, the training was very well organized and I learned a lot from it. I highly recommend it!

I completed the preparatory course at Serview the week before last and was very satisfied overall. The instructors were very relaxed and created a pleasant learning atmosphere. The material was presented clearly, and there were plenty of opportunities to ask questions. I participated remotely, and everything worked flawlessly from a technical standpoint—both the video quality and the audio were consistently very good. At the same time, I can easily imagine that attending in person (e.g., if you’re near Frankfurt) would also be worthwhile. I particularly appreciated the varied structure of the lessons, which included many group exercises. The provided materials were comprehensive and supportive of the learning process. All in all, this is a highly recommended course that prepares you well for the exam.

Kudos to Mr. Galke for his excellent delivery and presentation of the topics. He often included real-world examples. 5/5 stars One star deducted due to the handouts. There were discrepancies between the handouts and the presentation, as well as minor errors in the handouts. These were discussed with Mr. Galke and noted.
