Overall a very good training to prepare for the IREB exam. Trainer explained everything very well and gave lots of examples. It was my first hybrid training course. I was pleasantly surprised that the concept worked so well. Nevertheless, in my opinion, as an online participant you tend to take a step back because the participants can simply interact faster and better with the trainer on site. Of course, this very much depends on what type of person you are, but in general I had the impression that we online participants were less active than the on-site participants.

I had the pleasure of attending a three-day IREB training course and am extremely satisfied with the experience. The training was comprehensive, well structured and led by an extremely knowledgeable trainer. Content and structure: The training covered all the major topics of the IREB certification program, including the basic principles of requirements engineering, requirements analysis and modeling, and validation and management of requirements. Each day was well organized, with a good balance of theory and practical exercises that allowed for immediate application of what was learned. Competence of the trainer: The trainer impressed with his depth of knowledge and didactic skills. He was able to explain complex concepts clearly and comprehensibly and included numerous practical examples. His patience and willingness to respond to every question in detail deserves special mention. Questions and interaction: A big plus point of the training was the interactive design. Participants were encouraged to ask questions and actively participate in discussions. The trainer took the time to answer each question in detail and ensure that all participants fully understood the concepts. This contributed significantly to the learning experience and created an open, collaborative learning atmosphere. Conclusion: The three-day IREB training course was extremely instructive and met my expectations in every respect. The comprehensive treatment of the topics, the professional expertise of the trainer and the interactive design made this training a valuable experience. I now feel well prepared for the IREB certification and can highly recommend this course to anyone who wants to further their education in the field of requirements engineering.

Christian Lehmann conveyed the content in a very professional and balanced mix. The content was explained in detail and in a practical way on the basis of the workbook and, even more importantly, the participants were able to work through the content themselves in teams. The involvement of the participants, always in dialog with each other and with the trainer, greatly strengthened the understanding of the content. If anything was unclear, the trainer was still able to pick up on the ideas expressed in order to bring them to a goal-oriented conclusion. What must also be said: The training was a lot of fun. A clear recommendation.

All in all, a well-rounded affair! + Good communication, preparation and organization of the office management before and after the seminar (keyword: questions about exam registration) + First-class and well-stocked rooms, supplies and accessibility + very good training documents with small deductions in the B grade (exercises partly outdated, minor spelling and formal errors), the workbook supported the training enormously as well as the subsequent exam preparation + Very good trainer; USP: broad additional knowledge that was repeatedly woven in (e.g. links with ITIL and DevOps) and practical examples + Exciting networking opportunities with other participants Overall rating very good, I would also conduct further training courses via Serview.

The content of the course was very good (but you can only evaluate it after the exam). Didactically, I would have liked more variety than 3 days of frontal teaching - practical exercises were almost completely lacking. I found the organization of the lunch to be time-consuming, complicated and exhausting.

I would like to thank you once again for the practical seminar and the examples during the seminar. The trainer always had an eye on his participants and was always focused on the questions of all participants. Reasons why and why this or that question should be answered correctly or incorrectly in which context were always well explained. With this seminar one is perfectly prepared for the exam.
