Despite the virtual classroom, I always found the training exciting. We were picked up again and again, so it was much more pleasant to stay attentive. The pace could have been slightly slower. The breaks were ideal (I sometimes briefly read up on topics).

As the content itself is very theoretical, it is generally difficult to maintain a constant attention span. The trainer did a very good job here by creating a good rhythm with very regular and sufficient breaks and was able to convey the content very well with examples and explanations. The concept of exercise questions by chapter was also well done, so that you stay focused and motivated. I can definitely recommend the course and the trainer!

The training itself was good. It could have been more interactive, for example by having an example case that you could then look at again and again during the individual lessons. I thought it was good that we took so many short breaks, which allowed me to concentrate much better.

We had 2 pleasant and productive days in Bad Homburg. Ermin did a great job of guiding us through the topic and illustrating the sometimes dry ITIL material with clear examples. The supporting program and the rooms on site were also great. The only thing I missed was plain oatmeal at breakfast.
