Very good training and preparation for ITIL v3 Foundation. The training material was excellent and the trainer is a full professional with a lot of experience. The topics were explained in an understandable way and supported with real-life examples, and fortunately there was no PowerPoint. The location and the supply on site were also on a very high level. My conclusion: Absolutely recommendable!

Perfect course, Optimal exam preparation Couldn't ask for a better trainer. Catering perfect Unfortunately, the rooms were not. WC unclean the whole week, tables too low, chairs uncomfortable and the air in the room terrible. No possibility to open the windows because it was loud outside. Not feasible in the summer! Gladly other lolakation!!! Trainer and training method can not be better.

The trainer could not have been better Super conveyance of the material with practical examples. Training in Munich in the premises of ptm has disadvantage: rooms not attractive, noisy when windows open, stuffy when windows closed. Chairs not really comfortable.

Catching the vegetarian lunch day at a one-day seminar is either bad luck or poor planning. The plate with Turkish rice dish was a bit meager. Unfortunately, even during the breaks, the snacks on offer were always already used up by another group and were not replenished. It makes you think about whether you do not make further seminars with other providers, from which you are accustomed to better catering.

The course was a lot of fun. The group was ideally sized with 6 participants, and represented by the different focuses IREB and Agile 50/50. The preparation of the documents was very good, except for one or two small things. The practical orientation of the trainer as well as his wide range of experience - also in other methods - enriched the discussions, which could be given enough space due to the group size. The concept of working with flip charts is ideally suited to this training and was also very well implemented by the trainer. The location NH Hotel Messe Riem was excellent. The catering with coffee, tea, small snacks and lunch buffet was optimal. I will gladly do a training with Serview again.

The topic was well conveyed and presented in an understandable way. Unfortunately, the paxis section came too short. The exam itself is peppered with pitfalls and you should read carefully. The Serview Bad Homburg offers a great all-round service for the participant with coffee, tea, cold drinks and snacks. From fruit to candy to savory snacks. Only the lunch was a real imposition. Here one should think about the caterer.

1st point of criticism: The graphics on the flipchart are partly incomprehensible without soundtrack. The same symbols, e.g. arrows or rectangles, have a completely different meaning depending on the context. It is not clearly defined what the symbols used in the graphics mean. 2nd point of criticism: The trainer was good, for a very good I still lacked a little more competence.

The trainer lightened up the sometimes rather dry - and highly theorized - material with a number of practical examples. Without these, the three days would have been really exhausting. The preparation for the exam in the form of self-study was limited for me. In the end, I still managed to pass the exam easily. Unfortunately, there were a few places where the theoretical material became more applicable and thus more practical due to more or less personal experience, but not clearer for the IREB exam. However, in my opinion, this only shows that the theoretical foundation can be laid with this seminar, but the practical usability will only become apparent through one's own application.

The three days at serview got a top mark from me. The location was the optimal place to realize the learning and the subsequent exam as best as possible. I was thrilled with the process, organization, on-site staff and hospitality from arrival to departure. The Boarding House is definitely to be recommended. I also give full marks to the instructor. He was very good at conveying the content and, above all, at sticking strictly to the workbook, without digressing for long periods of time and thus conveying all the required content in the short time available. The atmosphere was very good and despite a large group of participants, we were able to spend a relaxed but focused learning time together. Compared to my previous comparable seminar provider, the Serview seminar exceeded my expectations. I successfully completed the exam...
