I have to say that the new ITIL Practitioner training is really good. Good because it offers really good new content. And I say that as an ITIL expert. You learn how to implement Service Management. It is not a deepening of the Foudnation but a completely new training. That's what I was hoping for, but wasn't quite sure. Now I can say - tough exam but really valuable training. The quality of Serview is as usual great. Trainer very good, location with hotel very good, documents very good, atmosphere very good - as I said the exam is a small hurdle. Thanks to the whole Serview team

Very good (IT and non IT) practical examples for a very "dry subject" which helped a lot. The training was in English but it was easy to understand for a non native speaker as the trainer didn't used much exotic vocabularies besides the ITIL terms themselves. Hello, I found the training very good. The trainer was very competent, both professionally and didactically. His donkey backs were very memorable and he was able to explain all the facts very well and understandably. I also liked the didactic approach of the training. Instead of filling out PowerPoint slides, the diagrams and their content had to be worked out using a workbook, which greatly increased the learning effect (at least for me). The amount of content in a 2 day seminar was very extensive - almost too extensive. The trainer did a very good job under these demanding conditions. His presentations and lectures were very entertaining, always correctly dosed and interesting. The trainer's performance was positive throughout. In short, I was extremely satisfied. With 5 participants, the course was very small and very good. One could ask questions and got them answered. No PowerPoint, but FLipchart, not tiring. Mr Wagner seemed and was very confident and knew a good answer to every question. Infrastructure and catering was also very good. Therefore, I would also do the next training at Serview. I have also passed on this feedback internally to the training department. Usually I always find something to improve. But here it is hard for me. Maybe instead of Mars bars, I would also like a basket of fruit very much. But details..... ;-)liked very much 12.09.2012

I really enjoyed the seminar, especially the work on the workbook and the associated participation in the seminar. Marcus as a trainer was really great, he always answered our questions and was able to explain everything clearly and with examples! I usually have the problem to stay with the matter at seminars, my thoughts often wander off, but in this seminar that was not the case, the time went really fast and I had a lot of fun learning and through the collaboration my thoughts could not wander off :D Many thanks to the Serview and especially to Marcus!!!!
